I absolutely love auntie Anne's pretzels, but every time I try to purchase one from the Walmart subway/auntie Anne's sites I am told they do not accept the auntie Anne's app and therefore I am unable to earn points. I'm sorry, but there are no other auntie Anne's located near me that are individual shops or accept the app.
they never have anything and when they do , is hard like a rock.. and when you ask them to make some . they will give you dirty looks and said if we do it , it will be done like in an hr . terrible services … love auntie anne’s but not the service in this place
Terrible service.
uhh tell me how when i redeem my coupon for my birthday pretzel, the employee TAKES MY PHONE IN HER HANDS to see the coupon better and then when she hands me the pretzel i didn't ask for she says she can't take it back because of covid when i only touched the bag. um?? you had my phone in your hand and didn't use any sanitizer?? how is that not also a violation?? this is the first time ive been to this particular auntie annes since i live in a different city but come on? would have given it one star but the food's good so ??♀️

I just left your store located inside of Walmart in Hamburg PA. I ordered four pretzels and when she handed me the bag I could instantly feel that they were hard. I asked the associate if they had any fresh ones available. She said they did not. I then asked for a refund. The associate asked her (I'm assuming) manager and the manager asked if she could squeeze my pretzel to feel the hardness. I said yes but in retrospect I should have said no. I don't know why fondling my food would be necessary. She agreed that the pretzel was hard on the bottom and would swap them out with other ones that were sitting in the tray. They looked and felt equally as hard. They were obviously made at the same time as the other ones hence why she said they had no fresh ones available. Don't insult my intelligence ? I walked away without fighting back. What I don't understand is if I'm going to pay three something for one pretzel shouldn't it be fresh? Isn't that a reasonable expectation? And if they are not and I'm simply asking for a refund why was that too much to ask? I now have four pretzels that I will not eat.
