First time stopping in and had a nice meal. My s/o and i shared the turkey platter with fries and green beans. The sides were a bit oily, but still good. The turkey was good as well, although some bites, i didn’t really taste much. The cornbread was honestly my favorite, it was perfect!

Thought I’d try their special $10 cheesesteak every other Wed.got it with lettuce Tom mayo jalapeños and some sauce on the side.gave my order and it was literally done in a few minutes which tells me it was already half cooked and sitting aside and they just threw it back on the grill to warm and melt cheese..could def tell it was re cooked ,a bit dry and tough.had some grissle in it as well.lacking flavor for sure.the best thing was the jalapeños.yeah disappointing!👎🏼

I went here when they first opened. I had issues with the bathroom and with my food. I won't go into it, they had just opened, so I don't know if they weren't ready to open. But I've never gone back, never will.

Delicious cheesesteak made to order! Tastes soo good I wonder how they do it!!

Literally the best barbecue I’ve had in my life. My fiancé and I got the 3 platter meal with catfish, brisket, and pulled pork and we scarfed it down in no time lol. The barbecue varieties are delicious as well! Also their mac and cheese was surprisingly flavorful!

First time trying their food and it was absolutely fantastic. Food was made quickly and it was insanely delicious. I had the Cali cheesesteak and fries. Could not recommend it enough.

Forget about the chain restaurants Backwoods
has them beat 2 Thumbs Up!!!
I frequent Hamburg M-F and occasionally on
the weekend, when I have the taste for BBQ,
there’s only 1 place I will stop. Beverly explained
the choices of their homemade sauce, which I
would recommend each one delicious, portions are
tasty and generous, worth the price. Highly recommend
anyone that has a hankering for BBQ, BACKWOODS is
your place in Hamburg. Looking forward to my next visit!!!
