Keep driving...Edit per my husband's suggestion.We did our waitress/owner a disservice by not being truthful...The turkey was a inch thick dry slab of luke warm meat.The pulled pork was dry as dust.Limp frysSickening sweet slawCold corn bread, no butterRather than spending time writing famous quotes on foam cups with magic markers, dedicate some more time into cleaning the bathroom. For what we paid for our dine in meal, real utensils and lemon for our tea would have been nice, instead we felt like we were standing outside at a bbq pit to go. Spicy BBQ sauce was the only tasty thing. Took our meals in a box for our chickens and went to McDonalds to get something in us for the long drive home.

A delicious experience! Incredible brisket, a delicious brisket cheesesteak over flowing with fresh jalapeño, cheese & onions. Fresh cut fries that were made perfectly! Must have the fluffy, moist cornbread!! Saving the best for last, the GREEN BEANS! You won't stop eating them!! Cheers to Chef Tyler & his awesome Mom! We will definitely be back! I love backwoods brothers. I get their brisket usually at least once a week. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have also purchased just their BBQ sauce which is excellent to take home and keep in the fridge for whatever you're cooking. I recently tried their new Brisket cheese steak and it was super good. I'm often disappointed by local cheese steaks which are either lacking in flavor or all soggy. This cheese steak, however, was super flavorful, not soggy, and just really delicious overall. Great place to eat, and it's worth going back time and time again because they're always updating and adding new things to the menu.

I almost didn’t want to leave a review because the waitress was so sweet and welcoming. I had ordered a pork Mac and cheese burger and almost immediately felt sick. The fries that came with it looked like they were fried in old oil. We expected better food with how much we paid.

Quaint, family owned barbeque spot. We had their honey barbeque wings, rack of ribs, baked beans and loaded hand cut fries. All of which were amazing. The rub on the ribs was phenomenal. Can't wait to visit again when in the

Brisket was a little chewy but flavourful. Pulled pork was overcooked but with a healthy dose of the regular BBQ sauce was okay. (BBQ with honey too sweet, BBQ with red pepper very spicy.) Cornbread is dry and served cold, nothing much you can do to fix that. Cole slaw is more like a pepper slaw, not at all creamy. Potato salad was good. Baked beans tasted of nothing but BBQ sauce. So this will be one and done for us.

I do not get here nearly enough! We go every year for their Christmas Eve buffet and I stop randomly the rest of the year, but it's still not enough for as good as this food is.
