There's always something wrong with my order..it's completely wrong, it's cold, and almost all the staff doesn't greet, say thanks, have a good one, etc. Socially inept weirdos who seem annoyed by having to serve customers.

I know there is a lot of local people that feel differently than I do. I am very happy that Dunkin has come to our small area. I like our local coffee shops and will continue to go to them but still enjoy having options. What I like the most about Dunkin coming to the Myerstown area. Is the fact that we now have a coffee spot that is open later than the others. While offering better quality drinks than Sheetz or Rutters

5:00 in the afternoon. Friendly staff. Not one donut in the store. They had one muffin and a few donut holes. So I did not get a donut. In my experience, the most successful donut shops have donuts.
There's a BLANK White Screen beside the Cashier , I didn't know it was 4 Ordering , n when the other employees ignore u, I stood there a min or 2, then a Cashier appeared.Then the Coffee was ready, No Call , she didn't ask my Name ?.....just wanted a coffee.....
