Don’t go in here if you have color on your skin for one you’ll be the only one there that isn’t Caucasian and you’ll be looked at as a crook horrible experience with Christian at the front of the store doing the cash register he stared my fiancé down the whole time he was in the store as if something would happen everytime my fiancé looked at him he looked away but I would see him looking it was a very upsetting experience no longer wanted our food and did get a refund unfortunately didn’t get to try the food

The subs are pretty good and the service was nice. I would go back. The small sub was the size of a foot long from Subways.

There mini are not so mini! Sandwich full of meat.( i was half way through with the sandwich) there mini are 7in.Location is fun,clean and great customer service!
Some of the best hoagies in the area. I have been going to Hecky's for years and it has always been good. Not cheap but you get plenty of food for your money. Always worth it.

THE WORSE CHEESESTEAK EVER!!! Soggy,charged extra for grilled onions ( never got charged for that any other place). Got charged for cheese on a Gizmo when it clearly states on their menu that it comes with it. Charged .60 for I don't even know on a small turkey sub. When I called and tried to them the issue,the guy wouldn't let me talk. They put lettuce and tomato on my cheesesteak which I didn't ask for. Don't go here,their food sucks!! And their prices are outrageous!!

I got a hoagie and it was so soggy that I could not eat it without it falling about. The bread was so wet. I called to let them know about it and they told me it was my fault because I ordered wet extras on my hoagie. I have ordered this same hoagie many times before with no problem. I was talking to the person who made the hoagie and he just insisted he made a perfectly fine hoagie, superlative, even though I told him I had pictures showing otherwise. He told me my pictures meant nothing. I assumed he thought I did something to the hoagie before I took the pictures. Really. I have never been talked to as a customer the way that person talked to me. I was an insurance agent and in customer service for over 35 years and would never talk to a customer like that. I never asked for a refund of any kind, I just wanted to let them know it was not the kind of hoagie I am used to receiving there. Nothing more than that.
