I got a hoagie and it was so soggy that I could not eat it without it falling about. The bread was so wet. I called to let them know about it and they told me it was my fault because I ordered wet extras on my hoagie. I have ordered this same hoagie many times before with no problem. I was talking to the person who made the hoagie and he just insisted he made a perfectly fine hoagie, superlative, even though I told him I had pictures showing otherwise. He told me my pictures meant nothing. I assumed he thought I did something to the hoagie before I took the pictures. Really. I have never been talked to as a customer the way that person talked to me. I was an insurance agent and in customer service for over 35 years and would never talk to a customer like that. I never asked for a refund of any kind, I just wanted to let them know it was not the kind of hoagie I am used to receiving there. Nothing more than that.

Food was good , but prices are very high and they add tax to every item that you order also heckys charges extra for both fried onions and pickles, which I think is ridiculous, $12.77 for a small cheesesteak (Highway Robbery) needless to say I will spend my money at a more reasonable priced sub shop!!!!!

Came all the way from Arizona to hit up this sandwich shop, specifically for the cheeseteaks. Homemade tomato sauce, jalapeños, American cheese. I actually kissed the sandwich before eating it with steaming fresh cut french fries.
Usually very good. Today's seemed like much less in quantity and quality. Could have been an off day. But the fresh cut fries really were the best!

For a first timer I say the service was great, the cheesesteak was excellent:)! Props to the cook, and as far as atmosphere, what do you expect it’s a sub shop .Pics on the wall, tables and chairs, but very clean. Great work guys and girls keep it going! :)
