We ordered a 20 piece nugget and when I started eating them I immediately noticed a really weird taste and we exchanged it for burgers. The burgers were thrown together literally and looked like someone sat on them and were just warm. The fries were just reheated and nothing good either. Ugh it was a total waste of money and they obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they serve either.

Ordered 4 pies for pick up at 1:55pm...got to the store at 2pm. Waited for 20 minutes for pies that never showed. Had to leave to go back to work cause my break was spent waiting for pies. No manager or anyone came up to offer an explanation. I figured they were making them fresh but 20 mins of waiting in the store with 0 updates is terrible. Waited 15 minutes the day before for 2 deluxe qtr cheese sandwiches as well. The wait times here are ridiculous and the Managers seem to show 0 care for their lobby or mobile pickup customers.

I went through the drive through and asked to pull to the second window. No big deal. But my fries weren’t salted and barely warm. My double QP had one pickle on it and two pieces of onion and was thrown together. Teach that person how to make the burger correctly. So disappointing. It really falls on the shoulders of the managers but a person should have pride in what they are making.

I asked for a pup cup for my little dog. It’s just a small cup of whipped cream which my dog always gets excited for when she even sees the McDonald’s logo. We’ve been all over the country and get them in every McDonald’s with no problem. I asked for one here And the girl at the window asked the manager who in a really nasty tone said “we don’t do those”… Even the girl at the window seemed disappointed. Do better. Be kinder.
Great service. We ate “in”. Our server Adris is spectacular. He runs! Always with a smile. Coffee was cold as well as old but no problem. Adris brewed fresh and brought it out with a smile. Great experience!
