Great service. We ate “in”. Our server Adris is spectacular. He runs! Always with a smile. Coffee was cold as well as old but no problem. Adris brewed fresh and brought it out with a smile. Great experience!

I watched the female manager be harassed today by a customer claiming to be a veteran. He was absolutely crazy. She handled herself so well with him. I applaud that manager.
I was at this Hamburg, Pa McDonald's on Sunday 7/20/25 to get some food when I heard this African American manager yelling very loudly at one of the co-worker to SHUT UP. He was working on the line making the burger's. He was communicating with the other employee's how many burger's he was waiting on for the customer's. It was very rude and disrespectful of her to yell at him in front of all the other co-workers and the customer's waiting in the dinning area. This is poor management and she should be reprimanded for her actions because this is not the first time this has happened. I've heard this before when being there.

It was an okay experience overall. The food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s—hot and consistent, but nothing special. The service was a bit slow even though it wasn’t very busy at the time, and the staff seemed a little distracted. The dining area could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t terrible. It’s fine for a quick bite if you’re in a hurry, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit.

Ordered food at the kiosk...waited for awhile could see my order sitting on counter waiting for something including my slushy that was melting ..waited for cookies fish sandwich wasn't really warm cold by time finish eating and same with the fries they were cold. Very unhappy with the visit

Person bringing food to cars is rude. Crosses parking lot without looking. I almost him because he walks across without any regard. Then when he brought the food to my truck he practically shoved it in my face without saying anything. No hello. No confirming order is mine.
