My parents were there for breakfest Friday morning, had strip steak with eggs . Eggs were big and steak was good and hot. Great food and great service. Very nice waitress.clean restroom. Will be back

Today was our visit, but far from our last visit. Wonderful staff! Beautiful restaurant! And the food!! Out of this world delicious! We had the Haven Scramble , with crisp pepperoni, fluffy eggs and perfectly cooked home fries & the Stuffed French Toast, loaded with strawberries & sweet cream filling..INSIDE & OUT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them both. We will definitely be back! Can't wait to expand into Lunch & Dinner items! This spot is such a gem. You won't be disappointed ❤️❤️

My review will start by the courtesy of the staff member refunding one breakfast: gravy, no chipped beef (should have been stirred). Another suggestion would be to cleanse the grill with water bottle spray so the eggs are served yellow in color instead of brown. My experience is to sit towards the front of diner for attentive service. This being said, the food was edible. Atmosphere is clean. My opinion, our waitress was attentive to the customers she knew in the front of the diner. We placed our order, got our food and I walked to the register receiving my bill by hand as I walked by our server.
My adult daughter and I visited the New Hamburg Dinner for brunch. They had received many negative reviews when they opened, but then the owner made some changes and the reviews improved. We decided to visit and form our own opinion.
We were not disappointed. The staff was pleasant and attentive without hovering. My daughter ordered and didn’t have her reading glasses on. We wanted to share an omelette and, when she saw salsa, thought it said spinach. ? The waitress was confused because spinach wasn’t on the menu. She thought she heard us wrong. When the omelette came, it wasn’t spinach, but salsa. We called the waitress over and the owner became concerned. We straightened it out and he offered to make a new one. We all laughed and we were fine with the omelette as it was.

Food is good and so is the portion size. The diner though is not the greatest. Need outside repair and the inside was not clean looking. The floor especially appears like it hasn't been mopped in a very long time. The bathroom mirrors were pretty dirty looking also. This was our first time here and even though the food is good, I'm just concerned with how clean it actually is.
