I some times forget about this place since I live out of town. I love their pizza and garlic knots with cheese. So flavorful and not loaded down in oil. The best is THERE OPEN ON MONDAYS!! So smart of them!!!

Went in on Sunday afternoon, sat down and ordered our drinks. 20+ minutes later and we never received our drinks and were never asked what we wanted to order. Horrible customer service! We walked out and went somewhere else.

The food isn’t terrible, it’s just not good. I’ve been disappointed more often than not. Last night was the end. You’ll never see another dollar of mine wouldn’t recommend it to anybody, but of course it’s Hamburg. What can you expect?

While I should’ve asked, I didn’t expect a cheesesteak to automatically come soggy smothered in sauce and peppers. A cheesesteak is cheese and meat. It should be customized per order. Very disappointing.
