Really expensive for what you get. A burger, fries and a salad for $60. No alcohol just iced tea. Didn't even ask if I wanted a refill. And No they weren't busy

The music was a bit louder than normal but the waitresses were super nice and professional. The burgers were delicious 😋 The onions on the blue cheese burger made the meal taste sweet and the endless salads were yummy. I really enjoyed the jalapeño heatwave burger with the crunchy jalapeños and avocado. The scorpion burger had a nice kick too if you like spicy food.

The worst experience I had dining out in a long time. The waitress didn’t leave us silverware and we had to go ask for it. I asked if they would sing for my son’s 13th birthday, they said they would and seemed happy about it but ultimately just ignored us and asked us to pay at the iPad. To top everything off my wife left her glasses on the table and I called 7 times to attempt to confirm the did have them and each time the phone was answered and then hung up, no words, no please hold, nothing. I went back to get the glasses and asked about why I was being hung up on and everyone looked at each other and shrugged. Will not ever be coming back here.

Had a wonderful night with my family for my son’s birthday. The waitress was so sweet and friendly. Even when there was a mix up, she offered to fix the mistake. Thank you to the great customer service tonight!

We had the burger with the beer cheese, garlic fries, shakes, and chicken wings. All fantastic. Staff was amazing.
Tried various eateries in the area and things didn't go great at others, and wasn't feeling great for that and other reasons. Red Robin really was amazing and we badly needed our day to go well. We really appreciate the amazing food and service. I know it's cheesy to say, but this meal did so much to help us in more ways than one. Thank you, thank you!

I now understand why so many restaurants are closing. First of all, this location could use a good scrub down. Or at least clean the dividing windows once in a while. They're over-staffed yet service is slow. We watched the food for our table and another's come up. Everyone just walks by it, looks and keeps going. Where was our server? Good question. Again NOT BUSY. Christmas-Eve, 4 servers and 7 tables of people. Finally got out meal, fries were cold - told server, just looked at us - no offer to replace. Took another 5+ minutes for the other table to get theirs. After 15 minutes sitting out. Ordered bottomless fries. Finished entire meal and were never asked it we wanted more. For the price of the food, and the mediocre service - we will not be back. Red Robin used to be really good, such a shame.

I had a tase for their burger with the steak fries. It's really good. Got to add the bacon. Customer service is exceptional & the food is always on point. Been coming here for years when I roll to Queens NY.
Place has plenty of food options they're fast & efficient.
Will always come here when I'm in Hamburg PA.
