The atmosphere was homely. I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. The pizza cost me $7.00. There is an upcharge for using a credit or debit card of 3.99%. The lady at the counter, SMH. Do not waste your time at this location when there is a more pleasant pizza place near this location.

There’s very little to say about the experience because the owner is a rude person. I ordered three cheesesteaks and received two. After looking into the bag, I commented we ordered an additional cheesesteak. The owner became hostile and told me to leave in an aggressive manner. This must happen often because the woman said “stop, don’t do this again!”. Food is convenient but I’ll drive to Minersville for real pizza and food instead of settling for this imitation of Italian food.

When I go to Hamburg I usually plan to stop at Russo's for lunch and have never been disappointed. I have tried three salads and they have all been delicious. I will go back again.

No parmesan cheese. What kind of pizza place doesn't have parmesan cheese? They said they ran out, but you can just buy it at the grocery store. This is unacceptable.

I haven’t been here since I was a kid I just got a cheesesteak with fried mushrooms and it was amazing can’t wait to go back for pizza I remember it being the best in the area

I’m a door dasher and I recently picked up and order from Russos and right when I was about to drive away the cashier ( or manager) I’m not sure came up to my car and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t show her my phone ( the confirmation) after i showed her the CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER! she insisted I get out of the car and give the foood back? Meanwhile my pit bull in the backseat is freaking out and barking I requested if she would step away ( she had her hand ON my window) and leave me alone but still threatened me untill I drove away. That was absolutely unnecessary and I will never be returning.

Tried this place again for an Italian hoagie . I said light oil and vinegar and when I opened it my sandwich was soggy and drenched and I couldn't even eat it. A waste of my money always. Don't recommend and won't ever try again
