Walked in at 9:30am to place an order. There were at least 4 barristas working. Stood in line for about 2 minutes behind another person who said that she had been waiting "for a bit"The barrista took her order and then walked away. I waited another 8 minutes (I timed it) before the barrista came back, took my order for a hot Chai and then proceeded to tell me that it would be a minimum of 10 minutes before my order was preparedShe claimed that they had a bunch of online orders to fill and then just shrugged and said "holiday weekend." Really ???? Are the customers out in the drive thru line waiting 20 minutes to place and receive their orders as well ???I walked out without my chai.

This is the only Starbucks in this area so it’s pretty popular and the drive through is always pretty long.Service is great.Staff is friendly.Selection is good but did not purchase any pastries or products just coffee.Prices are standard.Atmosphere is good. Nice seating area but it is limited like most Starbucks. They have a small outdoor seating area a s well.Cleanliness is okay. Could use a lot more wiping off the counter.Other than that, it’s a great location to get your favorite coffee.

Store was an absolute wreck. Bathrooms dirty and the dining room trash bins were overflowing. There was plenty of help to take care of that. A regional manager needs to give this place a visit.

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and the staff is so nice and the drinks are always good. Unfortunately, it's an extremely busy Starbucks due to it being the only one in the area and I have ordered online each time and waited about 40 minutes for my order. I have only gone when I want to sit around and relax so this was not a problem for me, but does seem very stressful for the staff as well as the customers. The other thing is that when it's cold outside, there is nowhere to avoid the draft of the constantly opening door.

It's a Starbucks we r on a Road trip from the Doylestown area and figured this would be a great stop for a coffee since it's about halfway to our destination! Really busy inside and the drive thru is lined up! This Starbucks is across from the Cabelas on Rt'61! They do make a the great Starbucks menu and the staff is always friendly! Easy on and off to RT 78

Every single time I do a mobile order pickup from this location, it always takes about 25 minutes for them to get the drink ready. Not sure why it takes that long to make one drink...

I go to this Starbucks pretty often since it’s the closest one to me and overall I have had good experiences. They always get my order right so I can’t complain there. My biggest issue is how unprepared this location is to handle high volume orders. They seem to be chronically understaffed which results in longer than average wait times. Despite the lack of proper staffing, the employers I’ve encountered have been polite and professional even as they are working without adequate support.
