I like the red lobster in Bartonsville PA. Our server with Sara! She was kind and caring and really speedy with our food. My daughter ordered some crab legs and they were giant and delicious. She said. I personally love the biscuits. I think they are awesome. Overall five stars from my family and the price was great too.

We had the best experience here tonight for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Our waiter Sarah (I hope I got the name right) was just AMAZING she was on point with EVERYTHING super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed💕

I travel frequently for work and don't often eat at chain restaurants. There are limited options in Stroudsburg however and I'm pleased to report that the food and service here were exceptional in both of my visits this week. The first time, I walked in late after traveling in from Newark and they didn't bat an eye that I was the only person in the restaurant when I walked in 30 minutes prior to closing. The mahi and vegetables were tasty and fresh and service friendly. Tonight I had the lobster tail duo with asparagus and green bean and it was also real tasty. I definitely recommend eating here

This Red Lobster used to be the safest place to eat in Stroudsburg, it was always in the rotation. All restaurants have bad days but ive been back 3-4 times since early August and the food is TERRIBLE! again, a few months before summer it was great but now the food is tasteless, tastes old, tastes like its been reheated after sitting out! So disappointing! Probably will not be back and just remove from our rotation
Crispy Dragon Shrimp don’t even look the same The lobster dip had no taste and the chips were stale af Garlic butter snow crab legs came out cold and the potatoes were burnt so bad Fully loaded mash terrible didn't even spread
Not sure if its a new chef, expenses but terrible

Our server and everyone we talked to was incredibly nice but the food was terrible. We got four entrees and an app, Out of all of that the rolls, fries, and coconut strip were the only enjoyable items. The burgers were HORRIBLE. Literally couldn’t eat them, unseasoned, chewy, bacon was terrible. The crab legs had no meat inside, and bacon on the scallops was so bad we had to just take it off and not eat it. I got a mock tail and there was so much strawberry syrup in it, it was nauseating. We didn’t even risk trying the dessert and went to Dairy Queen instead. It was $120 for 60% uneaten food for two adults and two children.

I ordered the lobster linguine.. it was horrible and tasteless and just yuck ! Not to mention when I got home I was sick to my stomach ! I also ordered bacon wrapped scallops that were so tough I could barely chew them !! The bowl Of clam chowder was watered down ! I will Not be returning! What a horrible meal !!!

This particular Red Lobster restaurant in Strousburg, PA (on a Sunday evening) was "out of" scallops and stuffed flounder when I tried to order these items from their menu. I instead ordered their Cajun chicken linguine at the "seafood" restaurant. We had to ask our server for our table ware settings even after our dinners were served. It's curious to me that an experienced server didn't notice that we hadn't received our flatware until after our dinners were placed on the table.
Food is as to be expected since it’s a franchise, but the service our party of 15 received was subpar. I would go elsewhere if you’re looking for service that is a bit more attentive to its guests. 💁🏽♂️
