I placed a Grubhub order here last night for dinner at 5:40 pm and the text said it should be ready "within 15-35 minutes". Sent my son over at about 6:05 to pick up our meal. When he arrived there were 5-6 people waiting in line and nothing in the Pickup area for us, so he had a seat. After about 15 minutes he asked the Cashier about our order and showed her the screenshot of the order number. She was unable to find the order and proceeded to "recreate" it and said it would be ready in about 5 mintues. He had a seat again. After another 15 minutes he questioned her again and she yelled to the back, however the voice from the rear had no order either. Conservation/yelling ensued and finally the man in the back was able to locate the order. "Five minutes" was the reply. My son had a seat again, and watched numerous people come and go, picking up orders and leaving. Still no food. Finally after his 3rd request, the order was handed to him and he left with our food for home. A total of over 90 minutes from the time I ordered until they were able to fill, prepare and produce my dinner! By the time my son got home and we were able to eat it was 7:15....... The first time we walked in to Jasmine a month or so ago, the line was almost to the door, with no staff in sight. We left and decided to wait until they were less busy. My bad! It appears they are NEVER less busy and the disorganization in this place of business is absolutely unbelievable! Never again!! On the bright side, the food was excellent. If/when they ever get their act together with regard to take-out, PLEASE let me know!!

3rd time ordering in two weeks and so far 5 stars every time. Perfectly cooked and the sauce was perfect flavor. So far the bourbon and the general tso have been perfect. Interior is super clean and service was great.

Ordered the lunch special, General Tso's chicken, with egg fried rice and a Pepsi. Just want to say it was very good! Will definitely be going there again.

Hands down best Chinese Food in the area. They are always friendly as well. Hot N' Sour soup is amazing. Only place I get Chinese food here.

We got take out from here- my husband asked if they made authentic Chinese food as there are a lot of restaurants here that tweak the food to a more "Americanized" taste. The owner was thrilled and suggested a few different dishes. We obviously didn't let them know ahead of time, so we'll be calling next time to check out their more authentic dishes. They are definitely on the heavily salted side... I think I drank 4 cups of water while consuming their dishes. We requested for less salt, but it was still heavily salted. Just fyi for those of you with hypertension... They are updating their menu so we'll be back to try some more things! Hopefully they decrease the amount of salt/soy sauce in their cooking. Otherwise, glad we found a Chinese restaurant to go to!

Everything here is good. Don't recommend doordashing to east shore(we did it once--food was not hot). My new fav west shore chinese joint. And I'm a picky girl when it comes to eggrolls and these are divine!

Honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants I've found in the area. They give huge portions and have a great selection. Been there a few times and they have been so kind and the food is top tier.

We tried this place after hearing the food was as good as Ho Wah's, and that one of the owners was related to Ho Wah's owners. We were so disappointed when Ho Wah closed because they had the best Chinese food in the area. We tried several other Chinese restaurants and none even came close, they were all blah. We had the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice. It was so delicious! It was as good, if not better than Ho Wah's food! We did takeout and when we picked it up the woman who waited on us was very pleasant and we also got 10% off our order. I highly recommend this place if you loved Ho Wah. You won't be disappointed! It's our new go to when we want Chinese food!

Was looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant instead of the usual Americanized. This was just right. She had the Kung Pao and I had the Pan Fried Bourbon Chicken. Both were excellent and generous. Will be back for sure.

I just want to share my positive experience with you all on a new Chinese restaurant in Mechanicsburg. The Jasmine Chinese Kitchen on the Carlisle Pike directly across from Dennys. My husband and I went there yesterday. I am very picky, so I was so apprehensive. My favorite Chinese restaurant used to be Ho Wah’s in Lemoyne and I was heartbroken when they closed. The person who runs this restaurant is a relative in someway to the people who had Ho Wah’s. They use the same recipes. Everything that we ordered was fantastic and tasted like we remembered. The restaurant is geared toward takeout. However, they do have places to sit down and eat inside. Right now through March 31. They have 20% off of your total bill. No coupons needed. The girl who helped us was Pearl, and she was so kind and helpful. You don’t have to take my word for it, but give it a try if you like Chinese.

Beat Chinese in town. Staff is always friendly, prices are amazing, and the food is out of this world. They also don't skimp on the portions. Next time you're in town and craving some good Chinese, do not pass them up. Thank you guys!

Overall the food was good, egg rolls were very good, chicken lo mein was bland, chow mein also was just Ok, orange chicken was good. Overall food was just okay. What took me back was the automatic tip added into the bill and a convenience charge. I had to pick it up spend gas and time then they add these charges on. Safe to say I won't be going back to this restaurant.
