Palumbos is a good place to sit down and eat a Neapolitan pizza, in the restaurant. If you order a whole Neapolitan to go, though, it will be a mess. The cheese always slides all over the place. I live 2 minutes away, I always buckle the pizza box in with a seat belt, and drive carefully, but when I get home, the cheese is always rotated to some random angle, and I need a steak knife to cuty own slice. I don't know why they even bother cutting it fore to begin with, if they are going to construct the pizza so poorly. Today was the worst. I got a large Neapolitan pepperoni, and all the cheese was in one corner of the box when I opened it. Never have this problem with other nearby pizzarias. It's only a problem at this palumbos. I gave it two stars for the dine in experience, whosh is still nice, but take out is just horrible.Parking: Easy parking. Standard parking situation for the pike.

The salad wasn't so great that I ordered. It came with those pickled sweet peppers. The shop was playing music and it was really weird music. Certainly nothing to eat to.

Absolutely the best pizza I've had in Pennsylvania! They had several by-the-slice options of NYC hand tossed, deep dish and "Grandma's" pizza. I had cheese and my daughter had a steak and fries slice. Both were amazing. Their garlic knots are incredible! It's just an average looking little pizza shop (plenty of seating, fine for kids, standard decor). But it's a hidden gem! I live 40 minutes away but I will be coming back!!!! It's soooo good!
No better wings around! Drove 1.5 hrs to get these and thanks to Charlie, Trevor and the guys at Palumbos for the best garlic/hot wings ever!!

I was Looking for a great pizza...Dec 4 2023...buddy said go & get a grandma pizza.Palumbo hampden center.....i did.. very big & tasty..16inch square pizza..lots of flavor in this pizza...gave 4 outta 5...not sure any pizza wud ever be a 5 stars...thats a 100%...i keep it real.. Like my friend Dave Portney...but if u want a good tasty pizza and not chewy..this pizza is for u...lite crispy crust with flavor filled sauce & good tasty cheese....i will back ..

Flat pancake style stromboli. Just awful nothing about the crust resembled a cheesy crusty dough but ? more like white bread stuffed with sausage and pepperoni. Ate one small piece with a knife and fork and threw away the other 90 %. I have been a neighbor and have eaten here for years but I'll stick to your grandma's pizza. That dough had not been left to rise or someone didnt put enough yeast in it. Not sure how it made it out the door looking the way it did
