Caliente Pizza & Draft House

This was surprisingly bad. The pizza was just awful, tasted like frozen but worse; they also didn’t cut through it so I needed to get a knife (a sharp one- the dough was quite hard to get thru)- and the price, $27 for a lousy pizza with two toppings- I do not recommend, there’s 100 better options in this city, don’t waste your $.

Ordered through ubereats. Total cost $45.19. The menu selection has standard cheese as the default and included (even if you select an additional cheese for a total additional cost of almost $5.)

We ordered mixed cheese, pepperoni and provolone added. What we got was some weird fake cheese called provel? It tastes like tostinos. They tried to say there's normal cheese on it but none of the 4 people trying to eat it think that was accurate. Whatever provel is, its not good. They gave me a 65 or 70% credit to the account which is fine - however, I paid $45 and change total, so it is doubtful we will be using it or ordering again, because they didnt remedy it right (which would be a new pizza delivered? Since we ordered it for dinner). Used to like caliente, but having issues with the last 2 orders so we may not order again.

I will never step foot in this Caliente’s again! We have been going there for years and never were we treated so bad as last Tuesday!! The waitress was smug and rude!!! We asked about the manager that was a wonderful person. We were told they had to let her go,, which was a lie she quit. The waitress also announced in a very loud voice we are closing in 5 minutes. Never did anyone else that worked there treat us that way!! We have always brought a lot of people in with us, which I thought was good for your business! Apparently Calientes doesn’t want our business!!!

Absolutely love this place! The pepperoni palooza is a must for any pepperoni lover! 3 types of pepperoni on one pizza, WOW! There is something about their dough that is magical. Hands down my favorite pizza in da burgh

The food is overpriced for the quality. They used to attract me because of their beer selection, since they're forcing their own beer on everyone, it will be their downfall. I'd order their beer if it was good, unfortunately it is not. It's kinda sad.

I placed a delivery order under my mother-in-law’s name and specifically requested an antipasto salad without capicola due to an allergy. I also added feta cheese to the order (which was an upcharge) . Unfortunately, not only was the feta missing, but the salad still included capicola.

I've been here twice and both times the experience was great. They have a variety of foods and The pizza is great. What I love about this place is their fascinating hoagies! They all are really delicious! They make their own breads and portion wise the hoagies are big.
This place is also kid friendly! They give pizza dough for free to kids to play with which is really nice. I appreciate their effort.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas to find out spinach was still frozen on a pizza not made yet, after first pizza was DONE!
Wont be back. All they had to do was ask ok if not on or a substitute! Allison park .

Caliente in general just keeps going downhill. They keep 3xpanding but can't sustain their already established spots with delivery, it's real sad. Also their pizza is mediocre.

I ordered the Cheese fries, chicken wings and a hoagie through a delivery app. Once I received my order, I ate a French fry and noticed something was wrong. This restaurant serves me ROTTEN French fries. I will not be eating the other food that I ordered. I am currently experiencing a stomach ache and I will never order from here again.

The pizzas were cooked too long. The group didn’t like how over toasted the 3 x-larges were.
