Small portion fried rice too much rice but no meats will never come back .. go somewhere else
I've been coming here weekly for almost a year now, and they never disappoint. The portions are always generous, the food is consistently great, and it's always ready on time!

Me and my family frequent this restaurant because of how awesome the customer service is and my wife loves the bourbon chicken. Which I found out is made fresh pan fried per order. Also the lo mein in any form is amazing. Finish it all with fresh donuts and everyone is happy! Great food and great non rushed service.

This is literally the best chinese place in all of allison park, the family that owns golden star is insanely sweet, and their kids are super nice as well. The food is also absolutely delicious everytime and they have a great selection of dishes!

The food isn’t terrible, but I’ve had way better, and I think there are better options nearby as well. All I tried were the simple pan fried pork dumplings.As I mentioned, the food wasn’t bad per say. They gave me like 7 or so dumplings in an order. The shells were super thick. It was greasy on the outside. However, they were cooked pretty well.On the inside, the meat itself was pretty tasty. Well cooked. Seasoned decently. But, there was way too much dough.The side dipping sauce was also not my favorite. Usually, the best sauces have a good balance of sweet and salty. This sauce was solely acidic and salty. It didn’t have a nice hint of sweetness for balance. Also, the serving was small.All in all, I probably won’t come back here. There is far better Chinese food in the area. Dumplings are subpar.

This resturaunt has a goldfish tank, and it is in terrible condition. When it was brought up, they all rolled their eyes. This is animal abuse, and they're not doing anything about it. Disgusting!

Often dine in for casual lunch special menu. Only have small dining area with few tables. Perhaps we'll order take-out for dinner as that menu is very extensive.

The place was gross and run down. I was about 10 minutes late to get my food since they had it ready in about 8 minutes (sesame chicken), and when I got there to pick it up, it had been sitting out in a bowl on the stove top the whole time. The chicken was soggy and tasted/smelt weird, and the whole place stunk due to a very poorly maintained fish tank. I think it had Koi fish in it, but I sure hope not as the tank was under 25 gallons. The woman behind the counter was short and rude with me and kept stopping to yell at her daughter in Chinese. All in all theres like 100 Chinese food places around and this truely is one of if not -the- worst.

The food was not that tasty. The beef lo mein and general tos chicken tasted the same and was not very good. Really disappointed. Staff was very nice but I won't waste my money there every
