A serviceable example of the franchise. If you like Panera you'll like this, but the excitement has worn off for many and current offerings are going to struggle to come across as either value or luxury and in this market segment that's an interesting choice to make. Excellent staff, it's like eating a sandwich in a library.

This review isn’t about this location, just about Panera in general, food is literal garbage microwaved food. The only thing that was decent there was the broc cheddar soup which is so bad now. Watered down, no Broc chunks and barely any flavor. $9 bowl of soup with no protein is a joke. You can get a bowl from a real restaurant, ever since they got bought of they have been horrible. Oh and they always run out of bread after 5 bc they’re too cheap to throw any away. Stop going to Panera

The cashier is always flirting with me making my girlfriend very jealous! They don't put the drinks out for the sip club you have to ask which is annoying, and they forget my order 30% of the time. However if you ask they are very nice. Managers always go the extra mile for me when the cooks make a mistake. Great Panera!

Food was expensive for the supposed quality and the amount.

The food was exactly what I would expect from Panera, and they had lots of choices still available even 20 minutes before closing (which has been rare in my experience at other locations). The staff were also attentive and friendly.

Expensive and out of sides. No discount for that of course. Staff was short. I remember what these are failing.

Had the squash soup and bacon turkey sandwich to eat. Both were good. Tried the iced tea and it tasted like it was moldy, as if it had sat out too long. When I went back to the drinks I noticed the tea dispenser. Has it been cleaned lately? Not much of a selection for low or no calorie drinks.

Typical Panera franchise. The food is consistent as is the menu.

Parking: Plenty of parking at location.

Kid-friendliness: The menu is skewed towards adults but most kids will enjoy the sandwiches or a hot chocolate.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access for mobility impaired folks.

I ordered online for rapid pickup and when I opened my bag the bagel was miniature I’ve been to Panera a lot and this bagel is half the size of what they usually are I took 3 bites and it was gone
