The food was exactly what I would expect from Panera, and they had lots of choices still available even 20 minutes before closing (which has been rare in my experience at other locations). The staff were also attentive and friendly.
Expensive and out of sides. No discount for that of course. Staff was short. I remember what these are failing.

jessica and matt are super nice employees and jerry is a really sweet boss. me and my friend come to do homework here at panera and order food, they are super sweet and i have lots a of fun talks with jessica. their broccoli cheddar bowls are to die for and along with the smoothies too.

Had the squash soup and bacon turkey sandwich to eat. Both were good. Tried the iced tea and it tasted like it was moldy, as if it had sat out too long. When I went back to the drinks I noticed the tea dispenser. Has it been cleaned lately? Not much of a selection for low or no calorie drinks.

I ordered online for rapid pickup and when I opened my bag the bagel was miniature I’ve been to Panera a lot and this bagel is half the size of what they usually are I took 3 bites and it was gone

While I believe that Panera is overpriced, the quality of food is good the location is clean, and the staff is almost always pleasant. Still my favorite place by far to go grab a coffee and get an hour of computer work done

Panera has recently launched a "new" menu that includes some "updated" items. We tried a few of these new/updated items and honestly, didn't see much of a difference compared to how they were before. In my opinion, Panera is overpriced and lacks the flavor profiles and creativity that it had when it first opened in our area. As for this location, service was absent and unwelcoming. And the iced latte I ordered was straight up terrible! Literally was just milk. I couldn't even finish it. ?

Placed an order for pickup. Got confirmation email. Went to the location and the store was closed. I called to ask what happened. They answered said that they had to close early and then told me I should have called first. I will never eat at Panera again.
