If I could give less than one star, I would. I’m not sure what was delivered to me, but it certainly was not a pizza. Since all of the crust selections were unavailable except for “tavern”, I selected that. What I received was dried up, inedible, barely any sauce, barely any cheese on what could be described as a cracker. NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT.

Disgusting restaurant, the entire dining room was a mess. Mess is actually an understatement, all table tops were greasy and crumb covered, there were dirty napkins and used plates in multiple booths and chairs. Paper products, a water bottle, and bottle caps all over the floor. Trash was full and there was a full on infestation of flies in the dining room. If this is how they keep the restaurant in the area open to customers, I can only imagine what the back looks like. I got a simple order and it was wrong, but the 2 employees working (only 2 this day) were having a great time playing football in the parking lot.
I would avoid this place like the plague. I reached out to the company and received an automated message. I replied and they really didn't care. Not interested in seeing the photos and not interested in doing anything more. They did say the crew scrubbed the dining room and bathrooms and thanked me, I'm guessing between quarters if parking lot ball. So I figured I'd post my experience here, and the photos as well. I wish 0 stars was an option, this place and their customer service, or lack thereof, deserve it!

I was ordering pick up but this place was nice. Gave me nostalgic vibes since it was a sit in restaurant. I loved that my food was prepared in the time given and the staff was very nice. It’s been a long time since I been to a good Pizza Hut. And the pizza was SOOOO GOOD!!

Store was very dirty and bathrooms disgusting. And waited 20 minutes for an online order. I was told it’ll just be 4 minutes….. 20 minutes later got the cold pizza and bread sticks but cinnamon sticks were hot at least.
Very nostalgic sitting down to pan pizza at pizza hut! Hot, fresh out of the oven! Mmmmhhmm! Miss the soda fountain but understandable these days. They had cups and silverware, just self serve. Would have liked to have cleaning wipes to wipe the tables, but napkins worked too!

You ask for a crispy pizza and you get raw uncooked pizza. You call to speak with the manager and after the phone rings 6 times someone answers the phone “ Hello Taco Bell then hangs up on you” very very unprofessional. This Pizza Hut will be the next one to shut down. I’ll never order from here. Beware they don’t care how you want your food prepared.

We ordered delivery yesterday, Alfredo pasta and Meat lovers pasta along with bread sticks. Pasta was delivered in a pizza box WITHOUT LIDS! And we did not receive the bread sticks. Pasta went directly to the trash

This store is primarily a take out pizza store. While the dining room is there and is usable, they are not really able to provide normal dine in service. The pizza was very good and the staff was very friendly and tried their best to give good service.
