The food is so good. And the management is very helpful. My order got a little confused and when I called in about it, they offered to remake it and re-deliever the correct item. Im pretty sure the manager herself was even the one to bring the delivery. Excellent service

Pizza is good most times, place is being rebuilt while it stays open, so the inside not so great looking, app said pizza would be ready in 19 minutes but it was more like 30 minutes with me waiting on the inside of an unfinished business

Avoid ordering from here. The past 2 times I have ordered it has been a disaster. Tonight I ordered a pizza at 5:33 pm. I called at 6:41 to see when it was coming and I was told Sorry maybe another 20 minutes.. At that point I cancelled my order. Will not be ordering from them again. 1 star rating is self explanatory

I came buy Friday afternoon and got a spaghetti and meatball that was world class. I know the old belief is that the best Italian food in the country is in New York and they do have alot of talent. But they ain't got ALL the talent, some of it is in Allison Park, PA at Vocelli's.

We just came in and they had a $25.99 deal for two large 1 topping pizzas and a choice of breadsticks or 2 litter soda literally on there window and then as an extra we ordered wings . We come to pick up our order and the woman at the counter where they put completed orders says it doesn’t come with soda or breadsticks. We payed like we were supposed to and we were treated poorly. We feel discriminated against. Other customers definitely are treated better she didn’t even give us a bag and gave the customer after us a bag. We will definitely not be coming to this location again. And will go to other pizza places rather where they treat their customers regardless of race the right way.
This place really cares about treating their customers well! I was so impressed with their above and beyond customer service. They will be my new go to for ordering pizza!

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses a walker, but he could get into Vocelli's. He stayed in the car since we ordered take-out.
