Went to Bob Evans on Valentines evening , not busy at all . We stood by the podium and waited to be recognized by the staff , Three women stood behind the counter talking ( one was a heavy set blond waitress ) One was the cashier & who knows about the third woman .They clearly seen us ! We waited a full 5 minutes and left . Doesn't the sign inside say " we treat everyone like family "We were not welcome there that evening !!!Wonder what the boss has to say about that ? Would love to hear from him / herWHAT A JOKE , CONTACTED B.E. LIKE I WAS ASKED TO DO BELOW . THEY SAID IT WAS A"MISTAKE "BEING IGNORED IS NOT A MISTAKE !!!! IT'S IGNORANCE .THANKS FOR NOTHING B.E.

The order was placed on their website for pick up. The side order of home fries was less than adequate. No exaggeration when I say there was 20 home fries in the containers. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely think twice about ordering take out from Bob Evans again.
