Service at the Cozy Cafe has gone far downhill in the last few years. Went for breakfast and after sitting down, we waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and finally had our drink order taken. We then sat for 30 more minutes to have a server take our order. No one ever checked on us after our order was taken, and I had to ask (45 minutes into the first cup of coffee) for a refill. They operate on what seems to be a small staff, and it was another half hour or more from the time we ordered until the simple pancake orders made it to our table. Food is a good representation of a home cooked Mom 'N Pop restaurant, but service is as slow as it gets. They have a sign on the entrance letting you know it's not a fast food restaurant, but this place is ridiculous. It used to be a comfortable wait for great breakfast. Now, it's an uncomfortably long wait for meh food. I wish I could say I'll give it another try, but too many of these experiences at this place in the last couple years made this my last visit. Don't waste your time.
