Counter person was filling donut case, handling dounuts without gloves with what appeared to be a gauze covered hand injury. We left without ordering.

We just paid $10 for a large and medium cold brew and we each only got a few sips. We are parents who were really looking forward to our caffeine. They fill these cups to the TOP with ice. No exaggeration. It's a slap in the face.
My order is usually always the same, so I haven't gotten a bad iced coffee here, ever.
BUT the two managers at this place are so ungodly rude it's insane. They refuse to take your order at the counter, especially when senior citizens have no idea how to use the kiosk.
If you need a gift card or anything not in the kiosk, you are legit waiting 10 mins before they look up at you.
They may be rude just because they are there working 7 days a week, but jeez some people need help ordering.

The people working there are disorganized and rude. I placed a mobile order and when I got there they said they never received my order. I showed the woman my order number and confirmation of payment through my app. But still proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and I had to call customer service. After all this then they realized they did have my order and blame me for giving wrong name. The Customer Service at this Dunkin Donuts is horrible.
Parking: The parking is one way, but there are plenty of spots near the shop.

It seems that everytime I order here it just gets worse. From quality of food, attitude of the employees, and so on. I've had to go in multiple times to ask for new orders and it just doesn't change .

Picked up donuts for work early Sunday morning 6/23. The donuts were not good and tasted like they were a day old. Not inexpensive for not good donuts.

I go here a lot as it's close to work. I went today with $6 cash to get a bagel which would give me enough points to order a free coffee. The whole point was to not have to use my debit card. I had my phone in my hand infront of the lady with the scan screen open. I told the lady 2 times what I was doing because she knew I usually get a coffee so she said "no coffee?" I told her I'm buying this with cash and using my points for the coffee. Two 2 1+1=2 times directly to her face. I hand her the cash waiting for her to pick up the scanner and she just rings me up instead. Then tells me there is nothing she can do now.... no you COULD do the right thing and refund me so we can do the transaction again but YOU don't want to do that... then she proceeded to tell me I could spend more of my money in order to get the points I SHOULD ALREADY HAVE because of her mistake. I won't be spending any more money here. Not to mention the orders of mine they have messed up in the passed I understand things happen but this was just wilful negligence. Tell me I can spend more money... you're out of your mind if you think that's proper customer service for YOUR MISTAKE.

The store owner Mital is the worst human being and treats her employees in an abusive way. She is always angry and shouts. Hope they report her to Labor dept.
We stopped using this location over a year ago because the orders were always wrong. Today I was busy so I stopped at the drive-thru. ONCE AGAIN, she read the order back to me, and I was still missing an item in the bag when I got home. Now of all the wrong orders it is ALWAYS the same issue. Something is missing. Never anything wrong or extra, just missing. That's what happens when you buy from greedy sleazeballs out to cheat people for an extra buck. With this degree of consistency it is damn sure not an accident. ****AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE**** These people are unindicted thieves.

Today I stopped in I ordered 10 munchkins Donut holes half of them were stale. She charged me a $3.80. I don’t mind paying a price for some thing but when I am charged differently, depending on who works, I just wish they would stick to on price in my opinion. Yum Yum‘s is one of my favorites but it’s a little further, so I won’t be going back to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Harleysville again
