I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing.
I rarely go to Dunkin’ since I don’t drink coffee, but I stopped by last night to do something nice for my wife. I went through the drive-thru and immediately noticed the speaker/intercom is very hard to hear — it really needs to be replaced. Communication took several tries.
After getting home, my child accidentally spilled the coffee, so I went back through the drive-thru a second time. Because the speaker was still difficult to use, I politely asked if I could pull up to the window to ask a couple of menu questions and reorder.
When I got to the window, the employee looked at me strangely and began talking to her coworker. Through the window, I could clearly hear and read her lips calling me “stupid” multiple times, as if I couldn’t see or hear her. That was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful.
I’m not afraid of direct conversation, so I calmly asked her if she had just called me stupid. She became flustered, avoided answering the question, and then proceeded to help me anyway.
Everyone has off days, but no customer should feel embarrassed or belittled for asking questions — especially when the equipment is already making communication difficult. This wasn’t a good experience, and I hope management addresses both the drive-thru equipment and staff professionalism.

Terrible customer service, they got all of my drinks wrong, they wouldn’t speak up and were very rude when asked to be a little more loud. They had such a terrible attitude towards us. CHARGED EXTRA FOR CREAM.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady at the drive thru cut me off mid order and when I tried to correct her saying I was ordering an additional item she insisted I move up to the front window. When I got to the front window and paid with cash, she essentially threw the change at me. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I have never heard any good review about this store and I will not be returning. I’m going to the one in Hatfield instead from now on.

Went thru the drive-thru here for the first time, the woman speaking seemed impatient without good customer service skills.
I’ve been to several other Dunkin Donuts where they all allow you to use more than one coupon but not this place. The hash browns were so small. Then I went inside to use another coupon and the older woman was almost hostile, again I did not feel welcome or good customer service. The younger staff seemed sweet and smiled so she is clearly not the problem. Very annoying they had the wrong names of the donuts in front of the wrong donuts behind the glass so I ordered a glazed because that’s what the sign said but apparently the one I wanted was called an old fashioned… fix your signs so customers can order what they want, smh.

Ordered two sandwhiches with sausage, got bacon. Also asked for it to be toasted, not toasted. My coffee that was supposed to have almond milk? No almond milk. Oh and that coffee? No straw to drink it with it, starting off your day good definitely excludes this place.

20 minutes drive-thru wait. Pretty much speaks for itself.

Loud annoying, rude voice at the order mic; hash browns were broken, greasy, and had a slightly burnt flavor (old fryer oil?); bagel sandwich was lukewarm and skimpy on the bacon. Iced coffee was okay.
Hell hole. I would rather drink boiling acid and pour it all over my body than spend $4 for an iced coffee with half a cup of ice left that I had a 99 cent coupon for I handed them TWICE & they neglected to use.

The lady at the window needs longer arms.
