Employees were nice but the food was bad. The salad part of the hoagie was bad. Brown lettuce found in hoagie, tomato was mushy like it was its last leg and the onions were clearish and smelled really bad. :(

I’ve never been to Primo Hoagies before so I had no idea what to get. I usually just go to Wawa to get my hoagies but my teacher recommended this place to me. The man who works there was SO nice to me and really helpful. He explained all of my options and helped me pick out what I wanted. My hoagie was delicious! I will definitely be coming here again!

Hoagie is not worth the cost, ridiculously small amount of meet, it’s all roll and filler. Staff friendly but I’ll order hoagies elsewhere

Absolutely a rip off for a cheesesteak, yes I got the smallest size but when I opened up my sandwich it looked like an empty bun.. hardly anything in the sandwich. Pretty pathetic, go support a local cheesesteak shop they will make it the right way. Don’t waste your time here, confronted the manager said “it is what it is” great customer service.

Used to love this place. Last couple of times though the roll is split entirely in half, sandwich is sloppily thrown together, and the rolls are smaller. We were told 15 minutes for our order and it took 40 minutes. Forgot the pickels, cheese was discolored, and the lunchmeat was warm. Bad experiences back to back. Maybe its just the harleysville location. Needless to say we will not be back.

Just ordered a cornbeef that was supposed to have coleslaw and thousand island dressing on it! I asked for pickles and onions also! I got a dry sandwich with cornbeef pickles and onions that's it. Not worth my time to go back got my sandwich just before they closed and not worth me wasting my breath. If your going to order there make sure they don't f up your dinner also.

Ordered a cheesesteak online with coleslaw on the side and a root beer. They put the coleslaw in the cheesesteak and gave me a Dr Pepper. Told them the sandwich was disgusting and wanted them to make me a new one. They refused to make me a new sandwich or give me a refund. Poor customer service, will never go there again. BTW, went down the street to Brothers Pizza and got a real cheesesteak that was twice the size as Primo’s for only $2 more.

Always love their food, my diablo sandwich was super heavily spiced, almost too much. But I managed other than that the other food was great, just a one off over soicing.

Tried to order twice thru Uber Eats and twice this store cancelled the order stating that the store is no longer taking orders. Bad business, will never order from this place ever again, I suggest others to do the same. Poor customer service.
