Ordered a cheesesteak online with coleslaw on the side and a root beer. They put the coleslaw in the cheesesteak and gave me a Dr Pepper. Told them the sandwich was disgusting and wanted them to make me a new one. They refused to make me a new sandwich or give me a refund. Poor customer service, will never go there again. BTW, went down the street to Brothers Pizza and got a real cheesesteak that was twice the size as Primo’s for only $2 more.

Tried to order twice thru Uber Eats and twice this store cancelled the order stating that the store is no longer taking orders. Bad business, will never order from this place ever again, I suggest others to do the same. Poor customer service.

Recently ordered online for takeout of 8 sandwiches and was a given a pickup time for 1 hour later. We arrived promptly at the store at our given time. Our order was not even started upon our arrival. When we went to the counter, we were told by the two staff members that the order was not even started.Other patrons arrived after us, placed their orders and received them immediately. When we went to the counter for an update, we were met with annoyance by the staff, as if we were bothering them. In fact, they were down right rude.We overheard other patrons saying that if you don’t tip them, your order is delayed. We were not aware that we needed to include a tip in order to receive our order on time.We waited over 40 minutes longer for our 8 sandwiches, which were average at best.Needless to say, we will no longer be patrons of ANY Primo Hoagie going forward.

These used to be the best sandwiches, now they’re more expensive, have much smaller rolls and almost no meat. $14 for a turkey Diablo to get a roughly 8” hoagie with no meat. You’re stealing from your customers and you should be embarrassed to serve what amounts to a lettuce sandwich. Avoid the Harleysville location but they’re all the same now.

New to area, but we've enjoyed Primo for years in other areas. The 1st time we came to this store, it was 1 HOUR before closing. I guess the workers wanted to get a jump on leaving, bc we were told the grill was already shut down AND cleaned. We went elsewhere for cheesesteaks that night. With 6 hungry adults in the house, it was the store's loss.A few months later, we tried again. I ordered by phone hours before they closed. I was told: 1) they could not make cheesesteaks WITHOUT fried onions (I have an onion sensitivity),2) NOR could they be put "on the side".Strange, indeed...but I foolishly ordered two giant steak sandwiches anyway. Picked them up, drove home, and opened two very long rolls packed with diced RAW ONIONS, with a very scant amount of steak mixed in, literally only about a loose cup of meat on each giant full sized sandwich.I was so angry and disgusted, I couldn't bring myself to take them back. Instead they went rt in the trash, and I decided an honest review would be a better move, since the workers who sold me that food would never have rectified the situation.

Where's the meat?Ordered a large hoagie for my husband and I to split. So disappointed. There was very little meat, could barely see it, along with a little bit of cheese.The roll was edible at best.All this for the bargain price of $34!Needless to say,, we will not be returning.
