The guy didn't understand my order at all for one. You guys have them using such a small amount of meat that it was basically a lettuce and bread meal for 36 dollars for 2 people. Hardly any meat at all it was criminal. When the prices are going up and there is a ridiculous regulation on whats probably crap meat anyways. The chalupas were lettuce and cheese with a slim jim size of meat. And the steak and pablano burrito were thin as can be. Im out. No point in wasting any more money on a place thats clearly on the decline. Thanks for ruining my night out with the wife, and the steak tastes cheap btw. ✌️ out
Ok not the best around closing
He said he was a original general manager. His name is Paresh. He was very disrespectful and rude! Hung up in my face!

I came here with my 90 year old grandma who asked for a cup for water. They refused to give us a cup saying we had to buy a bottle of water if we wanted water, even though they have water in their fountain machine. How is it legal to refuse water?

Dining room closes at 10pm. Clearly stated on the door. I got here at 9:45pm and they locked me out. Which requires me to wait the entire duration of cars before me at the drive through for a doordash order. Honor your hours.
GM needs to be promoted to CEO and all the employees should be Regional VPs. Every time I go to this Taco Bell, my food looks like it should be in a TB commercial. I’ve bounced around the country and this location blows everyone else out of the water. Can’t say enough good things about this location and the team working here. Thank you!!!!

Service here is amazingly slow. Stopped in a little after 11:00 a.m. just for $5 box meal and value potato soft taco. Maybe it was because I got my five-layer grilled? One customer ordered from the counter but I'm pretty sure I got my kiosk order in before them and it still took about 7 minutes. Was entertained while I was waiting by a customer rapping his order as he punched it into the kiosk.

Night shift manager is so rude, seems like she don’t care about coustomer,I visit many taco bell’s and I request them to make my chalupas crispy and they happily does it for me but she denied and she said that go to another Taco Bell’s then, when I asked her name she said she doesn’t have one, honestly she doesn’t deserve even one star if I had a choice I give her -5.

Quick service in the drive thru
It's Taco Bell - you know what you're getting. Hit and miss wherever you go for it. Sometimes the taco shells are crunchy fresh, sometimes they're stale wafers of barely edible cardboard. Nobody goes here for a 5 star dining experience 🧐 However, pricing is just getting ridiculous - 13 bucks for 3 dorito loco tacos, a large drink, and a bag of cinnamon twists?? Just bend over and grab your ankles at this point...
