queso was just cheese whiz, burrito was wrong (but tasted fine), only thing good about it was the chips.

Understandable that restaurants can get busy, should train your employees (especially teenagers that your hire)that when customer calls to order, not to answer the phone and put on hold and then to disconnect. You did that twice this evening. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You should be honest and say that too busy and will not take an order then hanging up on your customers. Wait times tend to be really long here if they don't hang up when you call.

Called my order in drove from perkasie to find out my order wasn’t even started after asking about it twice ! Two snotty nose kids I asked wouldn’t even answer me !! Just some catatonic stare ….Absolutely the rudest treatment ever !!!

Vegetable Burrito was delicious but on the other hand the quesadilla was a whole different story. It was so greasy it was not even edible. No matter who the clientele is you should be serving food you are proud of. I myself would be ashamed if this came out of my restaurant. You also made this for a person of Mexican decent. We will NOT be returning.

My husband and I normally get takeout, the food is always good but the pick up time seems to be a suggestion. It normally takes 15 to 20 minutes past my pick up time for my food to be prepared. I don’t care if there’s a longer wait time but just make it accurate.

By far the worst place to go eat at. If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst food and customer service. Their employees, especially the teenage girls are beyond disrespectful. If these people are working customer service then they need to learn some respect.You need to be showing and teaching these children how to be respectful since their parents never did. Don’t hire disrespectful CHILDREN if they can’t do their jobs. Thanks

1st time here, we read the reviews before going but I’m glad we didn’t pay much attention to the negative ones! The food was incredible. Fresh, hot- the guys behind the counter welcomed us in and were friendly when we asked for suggestions- we ended up getting their new El Jefe Burrito and the Quesabirria added rice and beans as a side and had the Tres Leches cake for dessert. I honestly can’t say anything bad about the place. Can’t wait to try more options!
