My wife and I hosted a Private Party (on behalf of visiting family from out of state) for 40 guests and we could not be happier! The service provided by Michelle and Jack was beyond excellent, they were professional, friendly, attentive and efficient. They had the floor perfectly set up to accommodate all the 40 guests comfortably. The table settings were lovely and very festive looking. The buffet was also set up to make easy access for the guests. The food was outstanding... from the absolutely delicious antipasti which consisted of fresh, thinly sliced prosciutto, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, along with roasted peppers, zucchini and eggplant and other goodies. The rolls were fresh and the seasoned oil for dipping on each table were delightful. The main course buffet of Pasta with the lightest most delicious Vodka Sauce, the Pasta with traditional Red Sauce, the Chicken Marsala with Tender Chicken and tasty Mushrooms, the Veal Francaise with thin tender Veal Cutlets perfectly battered and the perfectly roasted Potatoes and Carrots was a huge hit. Five Stars for this event isn't enough... OUTSTANDING!

What a disappointment!! Although past meals @ Villa Vito were delicious, such was a terrible experience several nights ago. We were the first group to be seated & the service was VERY slow; our waitress was questioned about it & replied w/an attitude that it was because of the appetizers that we ordered (???). My Clams Casino were overheated & blackened. Although the menu for Veal Brocioli showed angel hair pasta w/the meal, it was served instead w/rigatoni which fills the plate w/less pasta than angel hair (which is probably less expensive to make) but does NOT compliment the meal. Further, the veal was tough to cut & hard to chew. Unfortunately, we had dinner w/friends & was embarrassed w/the poor service & food quality. We will NOT return & advise our family & friends about this sad experience.

From start to finish, the entire event was handled with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.The service was top-notch. The food was absolutely outstanding. From the appetizers to the main courses everything was prepared with a level of skill and care that truly impressed everyone in attendance.

Disappointing! Poorly managed operation, mediocre food. We waited for an hour between appetizers and entrees. When entree arrived, risotto was uneven temperature and undercooked. During the wait, bus person brought check for another table. Server offered fresh ground pepper, we said yes, it never arrived. Not returning!
This was our second time here. First time was great, the service the food was great. This time no so good. Service was very poor. Only 1 out of our three meals was satisfactory. One was small portioned compared to others, one was dry, one was very wet. Others that came in after us were served their salads before us. One of our party order appetizers but when the other did not want appetizers, they did not get theirs. Doing our stay, what I assume was the owner, visited tables of those he knew to see how everything was, not once did he interact with us, who were not regulars. Had to request what was available for dessert. Decided not to get dessert. After the check was received no one came back to get it, finally had to get up to give it to someone. After the bill was picked up, paid by credit card, we waited for ever and finally we got up to find out where our credit card was, they said have a good night, wait where is our credit card. Oh it is still sitting at the register. Not a great experience.
