Ordered a pick up order at around 5:30 said for me to pick up at 5:50. Got there at 5:50 and had to wait 20 mins for my food. And on top of that ordered two burgers and they had a major size difference. One was way smaller than the other.

I ordered take-out and paid extra for two half salads. When I got home I found that they had not included dressings for either salad. I called them back and wouldn't do anything to make it right. Very disappointing. When you make a mistake, you should own it and make it right with the customer! The person I talked with on the phone was very unhelpful.

Way too loud with the music. It's overpriced. Chili's is way better as far as burgers go. I'm never going back.

Meal was very good. The server was attentive, and the beer was tasty. Overall enjoyable.

The food is good but for what you get the prices seem a little high, I know everything is expensive these days but the ratio didn't match the price of what you get

slow service, rude staff

7:00pm and many other restaurant establishments were filled to capacity and had 30 minute wait times. This place had only a few people and we were hungry so we thought maybe we’d give them another try ( it’s been quite some time since we had last been there… because it was mediocre then). We thought only a few people in the restaurant… surely they could pull off a burger and fries? Nope!
Upon walking up to the restaurant there was trash and overgrown weeds on their sidewalks. Doors were smudged and dirty. The hostess was dressed as though she just got out of bed, but she did manage to stand and disengage from her phone long enough to not say hello. She did ask how many were eating prior seating us by dirty tables that had not been taken care of. The floors were dirty (our shoes stuck to them) and the table was sticky ( our arms stuck to them). It was about ten minutes before the manager/bartender/cook took our drink order. We ordered burgers and “fresh cut” fries …. because that is what they are “known” for. They must stop making fresh cut at a certain time of day because all of our fries were “left overs” for sure! Small pieces ranging from 1 -2 inches, dry, cold… literally must have been sitting in the bottom of a bowl in the kitchen all day! Waiter asked if we’d like mojo sauce off to the side of the burger… never received it. Dried horseradish sticks slapped on a horrible smash burger? Pretty hard to mess that up. Oh… my bottled Coke a Cola was great! 😃
Was not once asked “how’s everything “… waiter/manager didn’t because he knew that he just fed us the worst meal ever. $47.00 for two burgers and three fries? Common… the public should not be charged to support failure. Oh and the hostess was busy enough on her phone that she was not able to say “ good night or thanks for stopping by!”
Would strongly encourage you not to give this place a first try let alone a second try!

My husband and I went to Burgher’s last week and unfortunately had a very bad experience. We shared the pretzel with cheese appetizer, and I ordered the Polish Hill burger while he ordered the Pittsburger. About 5 hours after eating, we both became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea that lasted through the night. I even ended up hospitalized due to dehydration.

The next day, I called the restaurant around noon to let them know what happened and to give them a chance to address it. I spoke with the manager, who said no one else had reported anything but that he would look into it and call me back. He mentioned possibly offering a gift card, but after a week I still have not received any follow-up.

I truly wouldn’t be writing this review if someone had reached out as promised, but the lack of response was very disappointing. We had been to Burgher’s several times before and enjoyed it, but after this experience and the way it was handled, we will not be returning.

Stopped in for a meal before attending a play. Waited an hour for our order (2 burgers), they never came. Asked the server for our bill because we had to go. I can’t speak on the flavor of the food because we never got it.
