Burghers Brewing Company Zelienople Tap House

I dine in this restaurant several times and was good, nothing special but because I like supporting local food businesses around the area,
Until Ive decided to order via door dash for a take out
then everything get so ridiculous and just pure disappointment.
I payed 100 plus dollars for a 2 person meal,
Guess what I got, A chewed looking mini burger for 25 plus dollars, with that amount of money I could have gotten my self a better dinner anywhere. Also you guys forgot my other order, which made me even angrier. If i can give 0 stars I would.

Burgers is a fabulous local brewery pub chain whose food is equal to or better than its house beers (which are very high quality).

I love nothing more than an excellent brew pub, so this write-up might seem generic, but it is not. It's hard to find a place this consistently good

2026 Update: Still my number one burger I had the Jaxx today with the coleslaw and fries. They did it again like riding a bike. This place is amazing still.

This was one of the best burgers I have had in awhile. Very well cooked and seasoned with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The fries were a little less hot(they were not cold) than I like but that is most places for me. The coleslaw was excellent as well, and of course the beer is cold. The specialty cocktails tasted well mixed, not to strong or sweet. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area or just want to drive for a good burger.

Tried Burghers on a whim. I’ve been told it was excellent. Great looking menu, nice place. I had higher expectations based on what I was told. I ordered the burger with smoked Gouda , onions bacon and bbq sauce. With fries. The food was okay. The Burger and toppings were very well done. The taste was a bit burned and sweet with bbq sauce. It was not bad, but fell way short of other restaurants that offer similar smash style burgers. Service was good and nice atmosphere. Pretzel appetizer was very good.

Never been here but they use Jules to advertise, that gets 5 stars in my book.

A Friend and I had lunch on Tuesday. It was clean, good service, and the burgers were great.

We love the food here. Unfortunately, we have been here several times and have had poor experiences with service. Long wait for wait staff to come over and long wait times for food. We were there on a Friday night, only one other table was full. It was 10 minutes and no one came over to the table. Unfortunate because we have come back hoping for different experiences because the food is good. There any many other restaurants in zelienople with better service experiences.

Ordered a pick up order at around 5:30 said for me to pick up at 5:50. Got there at 5:50 and had to wait 20 mins for my food. And on top of that ordered two burgers and they had a major size difference. One was way smaller than the other.

I ordered take-out and paid extra for two half salads. When I got home I found that they had not included dressings for either salad. I called them back and wouldn't do anything to make it right. Very disappointing. When you make a mistake, you should own it and make it right with the customer! The person I talked with on the phone was very unhelpful.
