I haven't been to this DQ in years but everything was great. Staff was friendly and food was grilled hot and the sunday was chill.

Quiet and calm open area has the best large ice cream cones and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard was really good .. I will continue to comeback the quality of the ice cream is good… and worth the mover I get my items online my husband got an ice cream cone bigger the one in the pic ♥️♥️that’s an Ice cream cone

Half of the food doesn’t come with the order. We had to call four times before they stopped picking up the phone and hanging up to get someone to even talk to us. The staff is unable to help. They will have a manager call back. The manager says they can’t help with anything.
Exceptionally rude, and unhelpful. The food, what came was acceptable. But the bad taste in my mouth from dealing with the staff ruined the meal. Ended up getting gas station hotdogs instead.

Bought a box of dilly bars for 11.00 which is outrageous. They were freezer burnt! Called and tried to return them. They would not give me my money back. This is in Zelienople.

5 sundays we ordered were just fine and service was ok. Unfortunately the girls bathroom was in shambles and the guys wasn’t much better. Pretty dirty and run down. Needs a scrubbing and face lift.
A typical Dairy Queen, same food as any other DQ, just generally grimey everywhere. Sticky surfaces everywhere, a pretty gross bathroom that includes cockroaches.. the soda fountain sits on a wooden cupboard that I couldn't tell was starting to rot at the bottom or was just covered in decades of soda drippings. I tried hard to not touch anything.. eek

It was a burger n fries, the staff was ok. But the place was not clean. The bathroom sink had build up worse than some gas stations. Sign said hiring a manager I agree the staff and the building need a boost.

The Indian man that works here has no idea what he’s doing. Everytime you order a moolattte it’s ice cream, milk, and ice. Never any flavor. This is about the 4th time in a row this has happened. Not wasting my money here anymore.

Ordered 4 items and the total was $22.10. I gave the cashier $40 and he gave me $8.90 change. I started to walk away but noticed that he had shorted me $10 so I walked back and said I gave you $40 and you only gave me $8.90 for change. He proceeded to start laughing and immediately handed me the $10 bill I was missing. It felt very much like it was deliberate and he was hoping I would not notice. He then started talking to his coworker in a different language and they both laughed. Very unprofessional!!! Will not be back!!
