Ordered 2 blizzards in the App from the parking lot waited 10 minutes then went in I waited in line as I waited I saw 2 cups on the counter setting. After about another 5 minutes the girl asked if I needed help I told her I was there to pick up my order after she got my name she went to the 2 cups on the counter put in stuff and mixed it and put whip cream and lids then handed to me I opened it as I was driving down the road headed towards interstate 79 . The blizzards were both nothing but liquid. The ice cream was all melted it was like a nasty milkshake with all the candy stuff settled to the bottom I had to be some where and didn't have time to go back. And I don't think I would ever go back. Apparently the cups sat on the counter 15/20 minutes with the ice cream already in them. I was highly disappointed. Total waste of the time and money.

The last few times and today when I've gotten a blizzard from there they have been almost completely melted or not made the way I ordered. I'm extremely disappointed especially since I've been going there since I was a kid and they use to have amazing blizzards.

Ordered a salad. Asked for a fork and was told that they don’t have forks. The person at the counter tried to give me two knives.

I placed an order ahead order on the app. It told be it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got here to pick it up and it was made and placed in a refrigerator. The Blizzard was half melted, one of them was the wrong size and the wrong flavor.
We asked about it as there were no others in the store and the staff was very bothered by the request and said I was wrong, despite showing them my receipt. They reluctantly remade one of them but the service was awful.

People today spend more time on their phone instead of doing their job the dining rooms was a mess trash on floor tables not wiped off but yet 2 people playing on their phones at the counter no wonder people don’t want to come in

We came in today to get food for our special needs clients and were met with yelling from a rude foreign worker for trying to take a picture of the menu to show one of our clients. The people that run that place should be ashamed of themselves.
