Great place to eat North of Pittsburgh. Lots of options, all well done. We did the chefs tasting and enjoyed all of the selections.

Della Terra never disappoints. It's our favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. Our favorite menu items are the artichokes, meatballs and rigatoni. The prices are high for pasta and entrees. Authentic Italian!

Food was great, Margarita Pizza was excellent. Service and vibe was wonderful. Servings could have been a little larger.

Food is delicious and service was attentive as always. Every option on the menu makes it hard to choose just one. Sat in the upstairs balcony this time. It's a quieter , darker setting than the main floor - so good for either a big family/group reservation for the entire space or one-on-one conversations. Presence of other diners and related hustle and bustle are on the main floor.

I use to love the food when they were at their old location. The food was tasty and creative and the atmosphere relaxed & fun. Now the food is meh, offering small portions with bigger prices and somebody needs to hold the salt! I want to love it but I have to say they are a falling star. Also you can get happy hour food at a table but not happy hour drinks.???? That doesn’t make me happy. I will say i have always had great servers.

Have been a customer since the original location. This has nothing to do with the food and all about service I received my last visit. Walked in at 3:59pm through the side door. Sat at bar male bartender I believe his name is Jared immediately came over and said it’s not 4 yet and pointed to the front door and said the front door is that way. Really not sure what the big deal was and why he had such an attitude. I always show up right at opening and use side door. Really makes me not want to come and tip him terrible customer service. If it was such a problem he couple have said it in a nice way and not with a smart attitude.

A gem of a restaurant...first time diners who came for dinner on friends' recommendation.

As the appetizer, we ordered the fried artichokes, which were delicate and tasty.

Unable to decide between white or red pizza, we ordered one of each...planning ahead for leftovers...

Pizza one was the "Salsiccia" with sausage, peperonata, mozzarella, basil, pecorino romano was flavorful...the basil was extremely fresh and fragrant.

Pizza two was the "Sage & Apple" with baked apple, prosciutto, mozzarella, honey, parmesan, fried sage...a combination never experienced before in a pizza...a combination of flavors and textures that did not disappoint!

As leftovers, both pizzas were delicious!

A special shout out to our server, Melissa, who was attentive, engaging and knowledgeable about the menu.

HIGHLY recommend and will return again soon!

Wonderful first time experience here. Service was great though a little slow because we were upstairs and she had to run up and down for everything. Food was excellent especially the special saffron gnocchi. Very loud atmosphere took away from overall ambiance.

The restaurant provided a nice atmosphere and our server was good but there were several negatives
1. We asked if there was any bread and butter or dipping oil. The answer was NO. I have never been to an Italian restaurant that never offered either.
2. When our 4 pasta meals were served I asked if we could have some Parmesan or Romano cheese for the pasta. Our server said that we could receive a small container for an additional charge. Once again unheard of NO cheese!
3. My wife asked for a decaf coffee with her dessert. Our server said they are trying to be an Authentic Italian restaurant and did not serve decaf. It’s Zelienople for gosh sakes
Also very expensive for the meal ordered. There are better restaurants food wise and price wise in the area

The place is beautiful and the food was wonderful, but the service was awful. Everyone at our table had been a server or restaurant manager at some point, so we have certain expectations when at a fine dining establishment. We had to go looking for our server to refill drinks, she couldn’t answer our questions with regards to food and beverages and plates weren’t cleared in a timely manner. It was a whole conversation just to get napkins or coasters to put under our drinks. The large table next to us had he same issues. We asked to speak to the manager and I believe we even spoke to the owner, but we were met with very rude people and snide comments. We had already paid our bill and weren’t looking for anything else, but to let them know of our experience. We won’t be back and will not recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere was awesome the bar was super cool. Our appetizers were great, but our pasta entrees were nothing special. There was not many options to choose from as far as pastas and entrees go. The service was bare minimum.

Service excellent. Food just average. Sauce very watery and very little meat. Should provide italian bread with the meal for that price.
I will not go back again .

The restaurant is beautifully decorated?⚘️, the atmosphere is nice,✨️
? the staff is very good.

♥️My husband and I sat in the upstairs area, the sound was a bit too loud, it didn't feel very private. The atmosphere is more like a family dinner. I think it would be better if they separated the date night table from the family table, but the overall experience was good. Dishes tasted unique, but it might not be my favorite ??

? except for the meatball ,which was really good ? ?

We ordered
? Tagliatelle pasta $27 ?
? Amatriciana Pizza $23 ?
? Meatball $10
? Tiramisu $7
? Margaritas $11

We've been to the restaurant many times and always enjoy the food. During this visit, the service was remarkably slow (understaffed) - albeit friendly - and the "background" music was too loud. I can understand the benefits of having background music, but imposing the need to nearly yell to have a conversation is too much.
