usually pretty good but when you spend 75.00 to eat and you are beating nats off your food and picking them out of your wine glass does not make for a pleasent time so will not go back.

as someone who also works in the food service industry, i was very dissatisfied with my experience today. our male server turned what could have been an excellent meal into a disappointment. from the start, drinks were placed in front of all of the wrong people. 2 of the drinks had food floating in them. our appetizer came out and we were unable to eat it for minutes due to a lack of silverware. again, many of the utensils were dirty. we tried to be helpful and stack the small plates for our server, and he proceeded to leave them on the table for the remainder of the meal. entres took over an hour to come out as all of the tables around us that had been seated after us received their food. a member of our party didn’t receive her meal until everyone else had finished eating. her meal was clearly never put in and came out burnt from rushing it. the 2 checks came out incorrect even after triple specification of who would be on each. our cards disappeared for 10 minutes before the server returned to ask which would go with each check. the food was delicious, but clearly the staff needs to be reevaluated.

Today between 4pm and 5pm, this was the first time that my friend and I ever ate there and I had broiled haddock fish and broccoli, and she had pasta with marinara, melted mozzarella cheese, sausage, and chicken. Everything was delicious, and the staff was so attentive and kind to us.
