I had pulled pork, sliced brisket, and smoked sausage. All meats were tender, moist, and very flavorful. Large portions and great value for the price. Excellent BBQ overall, and this is coming from someone who grew up eating Texas and Kansas City style.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and ice cream to go. The sandwich was overflowing with a perfectly toasted bun. I had enough left over for a second meal. I got the OG sauce which was delicious. That was my first time ever having Windy Ridge ice cream and it was awesome! Both women who worked there were welcoming, friendly and knowledgable.

The buttery toasted bun on the pulled pork sandwich was a decadent touch. Sitting out back at a picnic table in perfect weather felt great. Really tasty, quick and local; would go back for more pulled pork or to try the other menu items. Wishlist would be reducing the Styrofoam and plastic.

Small place, but it is all that it needs to be. I got this bbq burrito thing (EVO Burrito i think?). One of the tastiest things I have had in a while, the baked beans inside were incredibly good. Also got a side of mac and cheese with it and both portions were beyond generous for the price.
Can't wait to go back to try a brisket sandwich.

quality BBQ with generous portions for fair "today" price. spend a couple more bucks than Burger King meal and get an actual quality meal and a full belly to go with
I would not recommend getting food from here if you're craving good barbecue. Don't try to ask for substitutions. Maybe it's a rule imposed by the owner so I can't blame the front of the house but it could have been less combative and handled better. Sad food can be excused by nice service but unfortunately both weren't great. I wanted to like this spot.
Food is not great and not smoked, probably cooked in an oven. Had the chicken (4/10), kielbasa (5/10), and brisket (3/10) and all were dry, overcooked, and way too salty.
The spicy barbeque sauce (3/10) was very sweet and it's only saving grace was that it was actually spicy. Use any other sauce.
The mac and cheese (4/10) was also not good and needed salt. It's that type of Mac and cheese expected at a Boston market with water yellow cheese. Maybe some people prefer that.
Somehow the best part of the meal was the coleslaw (6/10), which also wasn't great.

We had Sidehack cater my daughter’s graduation party with a full tray of pulled pork and pulled chicken. Everyone loved the meat and the sauces as well. Thanks Brian for the great food!!
