Tried to pick up two orders and one was done then was told the other was at another location (which wasn’t a big deal things happen) but then realized we went to the right location and had to argue over the phone and at the store, also showed proof of the second order. When we were in store we were given attitudes about what was going on and when we walked in our order “just came through” even though it was ordered at the same exact time as the other. The attitudes definitely aren’t needed when we were understanding at first about the mistake but it almost seemed somehow it was our fault when it was their mistake.

Got a footlong tuna. Was very good. Associate was very fast at making the sub and friendly. Great place when you don't feel like cooking.

Typical dirty, understaffed subway with incredibly rude management. Worst subway I've come across in the entire country. Hopefully corporate notices before the community does.

On Thursday July 13th I had the most exceptional, professional and wonderful Subway experience I’ve ever had! I wish every Subway could be like this Subway! My boyfriend and I were in on way for a paddle and needed to stop to get a quick lunch. I don’t usually care for Subway but it was otw, so we stopped. The three young ladies behind the counter were efficient, kind, great at communicating with one another and moved the line quickly through a lunch rush. The toppings were not skimpy like at most subways, these were properly made sandwiches! I literally walked out of there blown away by my experience and look forward to stopping there for a quick “on the go” sub again! I don’t leave many reviews but this is worthy of one!

Here's how my experience went:They weren't accepting cards, just cash, so had to pay $3.50 at the ATM outside. The employee making my sandwich was beyond miserable, which OK fine everyone has their days. I go to eat my hoagie and there's a long hair (not my hair color) across my slimy brown lettuce. Toss the sandwich out and go go take a sip of my drink when the bottom falls out and my drink is covering me. I paid $15 for this experience.
Since when do you sell the meatballs COLD? ? my goodness, how things have changed there. The help was just about as cold as those meatballs, too....

Talk about your down home sandwich shop. This place never ceases to amaze!I'm always greeted promptly upon entry and treated like family. The staff here are what makes this place stand out! I have been to MANY subway locations but this one always takes the cake for customer service!!!The quality of what they put on the sandwich I swear is better than the rest. Selection is the same. Truly a fantastic place!
