My food has never been wrong. I will say the sweet tea doesn't taste good, I'm unsure why or if somethig was changed.
Other than that, the AI system in the drive through is a throw off. If you learn how to use the technology, it's not bad at all. It does make it a little difficult if you make a mistake, though.

Unfortunately, my order was wrong again. It has become all common. What compounds things now, is the prices! You pay a lot for what you get and the quality consistently drops over time and then the order is incorrect. There needs to be some quality control if the workers cannot be trusted to make basic orders.

I don't give many harsh reviews, especially on a new business. I try to be patient, but this is kinda ridiculous at this point. They have been open for several months at the time of this review.
This is the worst Wendy's we have ever been to. Drive-thru and eat-it orders have been wrong almost every time (except twice) a family member has gone there. We tried to be patient, being it is a new store, but WOW this place...
