It was just ok. I really wanted to enjoy it, but it was a disappointment. There were about 3 people in front of us while ordering. We waited about at least 20 minutes, if not more to order, which is fine, I understand they're busy. When ordering they didn't even know their daily special and asked us if we were sure we weren't thinking of a different item. We were waiting another 20 minutes or so before our food came out. The food was just ok for the price. The buffalo was just chicken, lettuce, and onions for $13. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, it was pretty good. I do love the building and seating. The outdoor patio is really cute any cozy. The drinks were also good.

I went in for a cappuccino first off, no greeting, no one was talking, no ambience. Even though there was only one customer ahead of me I waited 20 minutes while one of the workers just stood there watching, I don't know if she was training or what only to get the blandest cappuccino I've ever had it tasted like warmed milk no flavor, didn't taste any espresso, no cinnamon, no sweetener, I will not be going back to sweet buzz.

My family, a friend, and I decided to go to this Cafe for the first time. We ordered 3 Twix frappes and a frozen hot chocolate. It took 50 minutes and the place was NOT busy. There were 3 or 4 people in the kitchen. The frappes came correct, but the frozen hot chocolate came as a frappe, which was for the 8 year old. We told them it wasn't right and that we wanted a caffeine-free drink for him. They said that the frappes doesn't have coffee in it. In reality, they didn't feel like making a new drink that we payed for.

Came here to sit outside and get some work done. They had the patio blocked off, which was disappointing. I’d clean and prepare the area each day. Other than that, staff smiley and patient. Food was delicious. The flavors were delightful and surprising. Chai latte on point. Finally a coffee shop that recognizes ppl like me that want a 32oz big girl drink! 🥳
Will be back again. Hopefully the patio is open.

My wife and I have been frequent patrons here for years. The food and service were always top notch, and being owned and operated by fellow veterans was a huge plus.
But the last 2 times I've been here, they entirely mess up our orders. Today, they messed it up again, so I took it back up and explained the issue. They took the order from me, tore the wrap apart to remove the bacon I asked to withhold. Gave it back to me with the wrap torn up and bacon still inside, so I took it back up to them and they shook their head at me like I was being difficult. There's a reason I asked for it to not have bacon as we dont eat pork. Not at all a problematic request for your food that you're paying for. I was here for almost 30 minutes for a wrap..
Checked this place out with a friend and the Hive breakfast sandwich was not only massive it was absolutely a hit with both of us. There were so many flavor combinations of coffee and Boba we were both overwhelmed but we both loved our drinks too. Everything was so good we will definitely be back!

Ordered for a large group over the phone, and the woman taking the order could not have been any kinder. Went inside to pick up order and again meet with wonderful customer service. They forgot to give me one item on the order, but before I could even call to let them know, they showed up at our front door and delivered the missing item! Definitely above and beyond! I had ordered of the “zodiac sign” menu, and received the Taurus drink. The drink itself was okay, but my tapioca was completely HARD. It wasn’t fully done and I could even drink my drink because that’s the main part of my drink, it was so chunky and just gross, truly disappointed. I’m not going back again specifically for this tapioca reason, but everyone was friendly and I went in the morning so the atmosphere was very silent and kinda dark.
