This place is a good one! Most of the time it is very good, but occasionally hit and miss. I order the same thing every time, but sometimes there is no seasoning in the food (dressing in the red potato salad today was just straight unseasoned mayo water) and there was no salt, pepper, or seasoning on my sandwich nor any sugar in the Aries Boba. That being said, it doesn't happen all the time so don't take it to heart, it just depends on who is cooking-- had the same order Thursday of last week as well and it was perfect. I've had a lot more good experiences than bad here, and everyone is always really friendly. Definitely worth a stop! One of my favorite places to order a quick lunch. Only recommendation is perhaps making set guidelines for recipes so they're made consistently across the board. Love this place.

I've been to this coffee shop a few times. Always been good but busy. But this review is more about the employees. I was having a rough morning and the nice girl behind the counter today (10/4/2024) called me ma'am. It's important to know that I am transgender. I appear quite feminine despite sounding masculine, so often people call me sir if they don't see me. It made me feel much better this morning so thanks for the uplifting interaction! The pistachio coffee was yummy too!

I can't seem to make up my mind about this cute, little place. The drinks become pleasantly better each visit, however, the staff I have ecountered, while kind, aren't very knowledgeable. I understand they are younger kids and maybe this is a first job so I'm patient but it does make trying something new or altering favorites a bit difficult. Overall, while not my favorite joint I do want to support my local community and will continue popping in.

A lot of negative reviews mention the service, but the service was delightful and the people were attentive and kind. The space is cute as well, though once we got our food we wound up with several flies hovering around us the entire time which was annoying. But the food was not good. It was bland and insanely overpriced. For two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches we paid close to $50 which is literally more than twice what we pay at our usual spot in Pittsburgh. My drink was good, my girlfriend’s specialty iced coffee thing was super watered down and didn’t taste like much. Nothing against anyone working there, but the food is not particularly good and I can’t believe people are willing to pay these prices.

Had coffee and muffin with a friend. Breakfast pastries are excellent. Service not so great. Atmosphere is wonderful. No amenities provided such as napkins coffee stores sugar packets creamers. Everything is given to you from the counter but if you don't ask for it they don't give it to you. It seemed that I was ignored. They brought flatware and napkins to the table to give to my companion and brought none to me neither did they offer it. I ordered a cappuccino but normally cappuccinos are sweetened this one was not. At some point with lack of attention toward myself I decided not to say much and just take it and go. They will not crowded neither were they busy so I can't fault them in that direction but it seemed a concerted effort to disregard my presence. Perhaps it's a local thing because I'm not at regular patron I don't know but I definitely won't be back. A standard restaurant procedure is to have all those amenities available for customers.

I had a coffee and bagel when I came in. First time being there. I waited about 7 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. When I was helped I was not given any kind of suggestions. The person taking my order almost seemed annoyed that she even had to help me. And it seemed like there were only kids working. When I asked whether I wait to the side for my to go order or sit at a table. I was instructed to sit at a table. The girl bringing me my order acted as though I was an inconvenience. The coffee itself was underwhelming. But my biggest complaint is the service. If I could give no stars, I would. Im not the person to ever write reviews. But I had high hopes for this place. They need people in there who aren't only 16 years old.
I had a delightful beverage that was suggested to me, and I eagerly anticipate trying other offerings there in the future.

The guy at the counter just stared at me while I ordered, didn’t even say hi. . Was kind of a weird experience . What did they do to the buzz sauce??? I mean. It’s not the same anymore. I’m so sad. I pray they find their way back to the old buzz sauce. It’s “buzzin buzzin”!

I got the Buzz House Salad w/ Steak. The steak was beautifully marinated and cooked well. It was a fair portion. I was very impressed with the quality of the salad components. Fresh, vibrant, flavorful. It's always impressive when the dressing becomes the afterthought of a salad.
My colleague got a club which looked plentiful and well-presented. He was very happy with it.
I would absolutely visit again the next time I work in town.

I was so grateful to have them cater my bridal shower/brunch over the weekend. They’re so easy to work with, so sweet and the food was out of this world! I was so set on having a brunch and the food did not disappoint! Dawn is so great to work with and is super helpful! They were on time and super efficient too including breaking down and packaging our extra food for us!
