Can’t order online because the website doesn’t work and claims they are closed. The supervisor isn’t smart enough to figure it out and they are lazy and more worried about getting out of there for the night. Poor business!!

Stopped at barkeyville Arby’s on the way home last night. Go in and say beef and cheddar meal please, the woman says, we are out of the cheddar for those, but we can give you a piece of sliced cheddar for an upcharge. In disbelief and a chuckle i say forget it, and get something else and say eat here. She said dining room is closed. I said dining room is open til 10, it was 915, she said we close it 45 minutes early and people are allowed to come in and go to the bathroom get food take out but they cant sit. It is posted on the door dining room open til 10. Places should not be allowed to do this.
Some one needs to empty the trash cans and pickup around the parking lot it's looking very bad hate to see the inside

Didn't like the fact that they came from the back of the store cleaning Didn't wash their hands and proceed to bag my food . Unacceptable hate I wasted damn 1300

Passing through the city, My cousin and I stopped at this Arby's location for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was initially above average. However, my request for no cheese on the Smokehouse Brisket was not fulfilled, which was disappointing. Despite this issue, the food was tasty overall.
My roast beef was only a bit warm.
