Stopped for some food on my way back home to Chicago, and we just wasted our money. Food took a while to come out, which me and my partner don't really mind waiting all that much as long as our food comes out hot... So we were both caught off guard when both of the philly cheese steaks we ordered were ice cold. You could tell by looking at the sandwich it was cold because the cheese looked chucky and unmelted. It was so bad we took the sandwiches back, and they apologized and replaced them. We waited, and when the new sandwiches came out... They were hotter than before, but the cheese still wasn't melted and only bits and parts of the sandwich were hot... Needless to say, we threw it out, and we wont be eating any where near this area again.
