Sitting in line at drive thru just for 2 coffees for 15 mins is ridiculous I think the owners need to hire more help or close it at this point. I'll go to sheetz from now on. Bk lost my business
Short staffed so a little delay understandable
Quit calm could enjoy a meal.
The food is good, clean store, but the employees need to pay attention to the orders more! I ordered onion rings and got fries!
As soon as I walk in with my kids Sherrie made eye contact and said Welcome to burger King how may I help you and she made my kid feel special by giving him a crown 👑 and it was very busy and made us feel special and everything was running very smooth and we order double wopper meals and they were outstanding and Joseph made them very fresh in the kitchen and the appearance of the burger looked just like the picture on the menu and she gave us fresh fries and onion rings and after we ate I went to the manager Shierrie and I told her the food was very delicious and I probly go to burger King 10 times a week and I never get this King of service and food and I asked her for the grill persons name Joseph he did an outstanding job and made our food the best
I was waiting for my order the worker touched his nostril and then touched the fries. He also went into the cooking area and when he came back he wiped his nose on his arm. I spoke with the manager and told her what happened and she removed the fries. Another customer saw this as well. He didn't have gloves on.
I just live burger king
Our order somehow was cleared from the screen which is no big deal. Gave them the receipt to start on it. Sandwiches came out incorrect and missing a fry and the manager blamed it on the kiosk. Asked to have my sandwiches made correctly and they just seemed inconvenienced by it. I won't be back to that location.
Take an anti acid before attempting to eat what they call a flame broiled burger

Went here a couple months ago and went through the drive-thru and waited probably a good 15 minutes in line with the line not moving, when we finally got our food it was cold. Yesterday, I decided to give this place a try again and it was just as bad. We waited over 20 minutes in the dining room for our food. The staff would not even turnaround when I went to the counter to ask if they received our order. When the food finally came up, it was cold again. During this visit, one of the bathrooms was also out of service which resulted in a very long line of unhappy people.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a burger King.
Service was terrible, I watched as other customers orders were not complete. Dining room was dirty. Staff seemed like they could care less that they had customers.
The only people getting served were the drive through.

So I have to pay gor my food after I figure out how to work the friggin kiosk.. So now I must work and pay for my meal...with NO BENEFITS FOR WORKING AT BURGER KING.. WHAT HAPPEND TO TAKING CARE OF TOUR CUSTOMERS. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL!! I WANT TO BE WAITED ON MT ORDER TAKE AND THEN EAT MY FOOD. THIS IS BULLSHIT!

Inefficient in every respect. Shouldn't have to wait 15+ minutes for a couple of burgers.
The other thing is more of a franchise observation. Not having been to a Burger King in quite awhile, I did not realize that a Whopper Jr. is now the size of a slider. Whopper Toddler?
On the positive side, the hand dryers in the bathroom were exceptionally powerful!
The food has taken a sharp decline in the last few months.
Sandwiches have become sliders.
They charge to remove items.

Overall the place is terrible.
The only reason it is still in business is because it is next to 80.
