The Doughnuts are the best in the world. Seriously, 10+ years ago I was basically of the mind I never needed another Doughnut in my life. Then someone brought a dozen after we had our second child, and the world of pastries changed forever. It's a family run bakery that serves everyone they meet with a smile. They are incredibly smart business people and have won things like sweetest bakery in America and regularly run contests during the election. But that is only possible when you have the baked goods to back up the hype, and they certainly do.

Unfortunately our experience was not great. The person who waited on us didn’t even smile and wasn’t pleasant at all! The cupcake was dry, the mini pound cake was hard but the mini cake cup was good. Not a fan. Sorry.

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake! The communication was incredible from start to finish, and Kathleen went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. The cake was not only stunning but absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Thank you, Kathleen, for making our day so special. We can’t wait to come back for more cakes for future celebrations!

Had the opportunity to enjoy some of the delicious cookies a few months ago and was instantly hooked. Not only is this a great bakery but it's also a community involved one. I love the fact that they are always including the local community. To those upset over politics please remember they offered both canidates and equally delicious. They cant help that there were more of one sold than the other 🤷♀️ Thanks Lochels for making delicious treats 😊

This was the 1st time we cupcakes to celebrate a friend's remission from cancer A few months ago. Unfortunately they were not what we had hoped for. They were extremely dry and a few people reported the icing wasn't very flavorful. I thought maybe because we got them mid week or not first thing in the morning. Things happen ok no biggie... Decided to try them again b.c my mom kept going on and on and onnnnn about wanting donuts from here. Her friend swore by them. So we thought this would be perfect for the holidays. Unfortunately they were a miss very dry and there was a piece of something left in one. I called and let them know. The person who answered the phone said she would have to check. The next thing we know someone else picked up the phone and was extremely rude. They said there was nothing wrong with the donuts, and that we were making it up all because of political nonsense, and they're tired of it. Told us to get over it.... I had no idea what they were talking about! At first I thought maybe it was a joke like I had the wrong number but no, it was the correct number and this person was mad. We ended up tossing them will definitely not go back. My neighbor told us that they made cookies or cupcake, something like that for Trump and people had a problem with it. That was definitely not why I was calling. To assume that everybody who had a problem was only calling because of a political whatever is ridiculous. Probably will not go back, and No, it's not because of whoever they voted for 🤣

My family frequently stops in for donuts and they are so good! I have had various cupcakes/cakes and other treats and never been disappointed. They are also great about keeping social media up to date on schedule changes, specials, and other things going on which I find incredibly helpful!
Kid-friendliness: I have taken my young son in on various occasions and the counter staff always offers him cookie samples!
Incredibly rude service and DRY DRY DRY cookies. I’ll opt for Keebler in the future rather than eat this garbage.

Staff is always great! The products are always fantastic, we live about 35 to 40 minutes away but it is always, always worth the trip. Some of our favorites are in the Petit fours, sugar cookies, and any of the donuts.
