My friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal. We couldn’t believe it was so tasty! we enjoyed the Reuben, crab cake sandwich and tomato lentil soup.
We appreciated the biodegradable spoon but we wish it wasn’t so flat and was more of a scoop for the soup.
Can’t wait to return!

Just tried their Grilled Cheese with a Garbanzo Bean Patty Added to it. It was amazing. Go get one yourself or try a Black Bean Patty added to the Grilled Cheese.
Also, I would like to mention that their Vegan Cheese is the best I've had. For me, I can't really tell the difference between Dairy American Cheese & The Vegan American Cheese. BRAVO!
Energy Soup is very good too! Makes a great hot soup or cold chip dip.

A delicious variety of vegan goodies here. My only reservation is the fake meats, which are not very good. I recommend against getting one of the sandwiches that have huge chunks of it, like the cubano or the turkey hoagie. Their other food, like the soups, salads, and non-meat-heavy sandwiches like the grilled cheese, tofu burger or the crab cake made with hearts of palm, is all excellent.
Parking: About 8 spots around back. I've always found a spot when needed.
Anytime you have to come to an unknown area (for us, coming in from many states away) there is always the issue of not knowing if there are going to be any vegan options. Finding LUHV was a delight. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. Served up fast and with a smile in an unpretentious and quaint atmosphere. The person who was working behind the counter this evening was very kind and welcoming. Both the crab cake sandwich and the black bean burger were very good, as was the chocolate raspberry cake (‘cause you can never pass up a good vegan baked good when the opportunity presents itself). We will likely come back for dinner tomorrow evening!
Parking: The parking on the street is all metered (and you need change for the meters). There is a small parking lot behind the restaurant where customers can park, though, so try that first.

I just moved to the area. As a vegan with minimal takeout options, this is my new go-to. The workers are so kind and welcoming. Their lentil soup is packed with flavor and their cuban? Outstanding. The fact that they make all their deli slices in house is a huge plus. Can’t wait to try more menu items. If you’re in the area, this place is a must!

Ordered a spicy super food salad with a black bean patty and it was pretty tasty. Came with peaches and lots of other dried fruit. The mango vinaigrette dressing added some spice and tang. Very reasonably priced too.

i'm really glad luhv opened, the staff is super nice, the service is amazing, there are so many options on their menu! i especially love their soups and their pre-made pasta salads. i would love if they had more veggie options that didn't have fake meat and were more beans/plant-based stuff but they are also a deli so i get why that isn't their focus as much. overall definitely a huge fan though!

I’ve been here before and have loved everything I’ve ordered, but I can’t believe that I haven’t reviewed this place. Ordered a seitan cheesesteak in a pita minus the cheese and it was quite possibly the most delicious thing I’ve ever ingested. For real… I’m in the best mood right now because of lunch.
