Ordered and everything bagel toasted and got an egg bagel. When I walked back in she argued with me saying I ordered an egg bagel. I have never in my life ordered such a thing. Then I reminded her I asked for it toasted as she was putting cream cheese on the one side. Her response was we only toast the one side. She was quite rude. No apology for messing up my order just argumentative. I won’t be back. If they can’t get this easy of an order correct I can’t imagine what it would be like to order something more complicated.

Very clean. Food is made fresh on the spot. So delicious. First time in the store. Usually I get door dash. Sandwich was the Farmhouse.

Had a disappointing experience today, I saw my order was being prepared after ordering online, looked like they were cooking and then would get the coffee ready. I waited a while then said something to the staff, the food was ready and waiting for the coffee, the guy gave me the cup and asked if I could get the iced coffee, I said I didn't know how, he gave a look and got them himself. Got home and it was both just black coffee, nothing else was added which was a few things for both. So don't appreciate all of that, no one else has to get their own coffee.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I don’t eat pork for religious reasons and simply asked if we could have it made away from the pork. We understand if that’s not a possibility. We’ve never been to a Manhattan Bagel before so didn’t know what the setup was like. Instead of just telling us no, the guy gave us such an attitude and said, “you can talk to my boss.” Geez, okay. Sorry for asking.

Will take my business elsewhere. Very rude owner who refused to refund me when I placed and online order in error AND paid him in the store. Learned he also runs two other locations I will not be using.
