Apparently now they have defaulted ALL online orders to take 30 minutes to pick up...the past 2 orders I did said 30 minutes and in the past, it's always ever been 10, 15 or 20 minutes max during their busy times. I made an order at 10am on a weekday...said 30 minutes which I found really really odd. When I got my food, the parking lot was empty and my food was cold. Repeated again today. Not busy, 30 minute wait time, cold food. The food clearly is made within 10 minutes and then sits on the shelf for 20 minutes. I'm not sure who decided to make 30 minutes the wait time for everything, but you'll be losing me as a customer when I'm getting food sitting there cold.

My last visit to this establishment was my last. Memorial Day I walked in and saw 3 big Cockroaches and the manager asked me what I could get for you. I said Sir, you have 3 big Cockroaches crawling on the floor. He said oh it's just water bugs. I said no they are cockroaches and you are serving food. He went in the back and got a dust pan and broom and swept them up.
I ordered there twice in last week. I know I'm a very busy person. And they tolerate me being in their way.I appreciate their patience and their professionalism.
