Had a disappointing experience today, I saw my order was being prepared after ordering online, looked like they were cooking and then would get the coffee ready. I waited a while then said something to the staff, the food was ready and waiting for the coffee, the guy gave me the cup and asked if I could get the iced coffee, I said I didn't know how, he gave a look and got them himself. Got home and it was both just black coffee, nothing else was added which was a few things...

The food is always good but I don't understand how you forget to toast a bagel. And scolding new employees in front of customers is super unprofessional and very unpleasant for the customer.

It was very nice, welcoming. I had the brisket egg n cheese on a croissant. I only had to add a little salt and pepper on the egg and brisket. The sandwich was so good! Service was good. Atmosphere pleasant.
