I've been trying all the Italian restaurants in the area and this is a new favorite. Great place for high quality traditional Italian American dishes at very reasonable prices. I recommend the linguini scampi. The six large shrimp were cooked appropriately and the pasta was nicely al dente. The sauce was subtle and all the flavors well balanced. Not too much garlic, oil, or lemon – just right. And OMG, finally a restaurant that knows to remove the tail and shell from shrimp...
Let me start by saying Pasta Fazool is a Hidden Italian Gem restaurant located in Hatboro PA. Melissa and I started with fresh Nonna bread dip with (Olive Oil w/olive fresh pieces and Parmesan cheese). The side salad was refreshing. I ordered the Filet Tips which was rich and flavorful with portabella mushrooms. Melissa had their Eggplant parm. Our meals were huge portions. The owner Sergio is an AMAZING chef who cooks with love 💛💚🩵💙. Top this wonderful experience...
This restaurant may look questionable from the outside, but once you get inside you will be glad you stopped. The food is all homemade. I had a house salad which was huge and the Rigatoni Carbonaro which was delicious and enough to take home leftovers for later! Save room for the homemade ice cream which is creamy and original with flavors that include tiramisu, cannoli, and coconut! The tiramisu is also one of the best I’ve ever had!
