Ordered a PRIMO turkey diablo tonight for dinner. Got home to enjoy a rock hard roll. Like others I will NOT be back to this location… I will drive another 10 min to warrington. Not to mention I’ve had issues in the past with smug Un- inviting employees. I experienced nothing but disappointment and will not return!!!!!!!!! Not just a hoagie. “A DISSAPOINTMENT”

Go the extra 4.5 miles to the Warrington location and thank me later. I've been on a roast beef hoagie bender the last couple weeks and have ordered about 6 times total from Hatboro or Warrington. The four hoagies I've had from Warrington were INCREDIBLE! Mouth watering, craving it again as soon as I finish kind of incredible. Hatboro takes the same ingredients and turns them into a huge disappointment. Everything is tossed into the roll haphazardly and unevenly so you never get a consistent bite. They don't season, so the flavors are bland. The rolls were stale both times as well which made it a chore to eat.

Stale, hard rolls no matter what time of day you order.

The owner of this shop is very rude and may use offensive language, such as ‘malaka.’ I do not recommend ordering from this place !!!

Got ripped off with help of Ubereats. Ordered one sandwich, saw that I could make changes ie no salt extra meat extra cheese ect. Every change created a new sandwich so when I went to place the order each change was another sandwich. I never got the food as I cancelled it after I hit enter on Uber Eats seeing a $108.10 total. I notified Primo Hoagies in Hatboro and Warrington and Ubereats. They had no record on their computer of the order and both were instructed to void the transaction.
It was processed in Hatboro. I went to the store spoke with an employee named Mark who's hands were shaking violently hopefully for medical reasons and not drug induced.. He told me to speak with Steve the manager who wasn't there. I was told to come in the next day with the credit card and he would take care of it. I met Steve who was rude and did not issue my refund as we discussed on the phone. If you eat at this location beware of their over charging and the faulty website menu. I'll stick with Warrington store were employees and managers treat you with respect. Mark needs to be drug tested. Signed: A. Katz, RN

Went to Primo’s in Hatboro, ordered a cracked pepper Turkey with cheese, LTO, oregano, pepper, sweet and hot peppers. Store had one other customer while I was waiting. Got home, and the 8” seeded roll was as hard as a brick. (Won’t let me share the video) and plenty of sweet and hot peppers, No Onion whatsoever (makes a hoagie), and the mushiest tomatoes you ever ate. I called, and the young girl with black hair apologized, which I thanked her for. When I said the bread was stale, she told me to hold on, and when she came back on, she said to give her my name, number and they would give me a store credit. I told her they should check the rolls for other orders because they were stale, very sharp and hard to eat. She told me they bake them fresh everyday and then literally hung up. I did call her back, say how very rude she just was, and I would say something to the ownership. Here is the video about what I received. No customer should be hung up on because of pointing out a quality issue to them. Bragged about Primo’s to my friend, and said I would pick one up to share, very embarrassed. 🙁

Tonight must have been another bad night for Primo's. Got our order completely wrong. Asked no tomatoes but red peppers. Im allergic to to tomatoes. Like tounge swells allergic..our entire order was covered in them (3 sanwiches) . The bread was stale; Not toasted, not rustic but stale. It turned into bread crumbs as I cut it. We used to come here alot. Now I remember why we stopped

I ordered a roast pork That was supposed to have broccoli rabe on it and of course no broccoli rabe making it a very boring subpar sandwich and quite dry, will I get a refund or another sandwich to fix it probably not these places never do crap to fix their mistakes

Great place, fresh food always and great sides. Love the cheese too and the guy usually working is a super nice man. I will continue to frequent until my body literally won’t allow my sandwich’s!

The food was delicious and they use quality meats for their hoagies.

The staff was friendly too.

Went to get me and my wife sandwiches last night and ordered a Bada Bing for me and a plain turkey w/mayo ,lettuce ,and tomato that’s it. No spices no cheese that’s it very simple. Mine was fine but my Wife’s had spices all over it and I got the blame. I was very clear on hers. I said I would take it back but just said no and throw it out. I would think that something as simple as that would be easy for a place like this. Guess not.
