Sadly not the best primos location. Try Dresher. I want to love this one because it's close but the sandwiches always taste different than the other Primos. Everything is just dry always I don't get it.

Here is a first time ever review. I placed an order via Doordash and despite this being a duplicate order from the same store a day before the store cancelled it and did not notify me directly although my instructions said to do so. When I called and talk to the individual in charge. I was told that they do not do substitute and they were concerned about the owners money.I've truly never seen anything like this before complete disregard for patrons business. The craziest thing is I have a friend that owns 3 of the primos franchise stores and I know for a fact the customer comes first. Simply stated. Wow.Last time we order from Hatboro.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try after hearing positive things about their offerings. However, our attempt to place an order turned into quite a frustrating ordeal. Despite calling them three times, we were put on hold for over half an hour on each occasion, with no one eventually taking our order. Needless to say, it was a rather unprofessional encounter that left us feeling quite dissatisfied.We believe in fair feedback, and we felt it was important to bring this issue to your attention. We were disheartened by the poor customer service we experienced and wanted to relay our frustration. We truly hope that this was an isolated incident and that it will not be indicative of future interactions with this establishment.

First and Last Visit. The owner is rude and grouchy. Another customer who came in after me placed her order and sat in the waiting area. She told me she wouldn't be coming back either. A little friendliness goes a long way.

Don't understand the bad reviews. I've gotten sandwiches from here 15+ times myself, family, friends and for party's. Every sandwich has been great. My fiance has gotten the Nonna's Veggie many many times, Vegan as well. She worked at Altamontes making sandwiches and this sandwich always makes her happy. Definitely a great hoagie joint. You can't find much better in the area besides maybe Silvios and Altamontes. And those two are arguably more inconsistent and cost just as much. Yeah I've had maybe one or 2 from primos that could of been better. But over a large sample size the Hatboro primos has been one of my favorite sandwich shops over the last 10 years.Vegetarian options: Vegan, Nonnas veggie hoagie is great for vegetarian and vegans looking for a Italian seeded sandwich fix
