There were 4 of us then went for dinner and drinks. We were there for 4 hours. We were in no way drunk but we were refused service after we moved from our table to the bar. A young man came over with a clipboard telling us how many drinks we consumed. We went as far to tell them we ubered but the young man stated he didn't feel comfortable serving us. We loved the Ambler location but after being treated like that we will NEVER go back to any of their locations. I could understand if we were behaving in a certain matter but we were not. We were mortified because we suggested going there to the couple that we went out with.

My husband, daughter, grandsons and I went to Ross & Co Friday nice for dinner. The hostess was so nice and chatted with our daughter about our grandsons. She made sure they had crayons and talked to the boys, too. The server was very attentive as well. If he saw an empty plate he removed it quickly. The food was delicious! Served quickly and our appetizers came out first, followed by soup and then entrees. We have been places where everything comes out at once and you feel rushed. There were two holiday parties going on but both owners came around to check on us. The restaurant was decorated so festive. A wonderful experience from being to end!! Thank you!

I’ve eaten here about 4 times so far and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The owner is always present and comes over to introduce himself and to talk. He is very personable. I’m a pescatarian and limited with what I can eat, but I’m still always able to find something there. Their food is fresh and delicious. They have a great selection of drinks and the atmosphere is warm, safe and inviting. All the staff that I have encountered so far are warm and friendly. I have yet to check out the brunch but it sounds delicious based off the menu. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already.

My husband and I came in this is like our fourth time coming in for brunch. We had an amazing brunch drinks Emily our server. She was amazing. We sat at the bar had drinks. I highly recommend everyone come and enjoy themselves.

Another great meal at Ross & Co! We had the sliders and they were really good! I had the creamsicle crush which was yummy! The staff were all friendly and the owner was there walking around asking how everything was. Overall, great restaurant! We’ll be back!

Absolutely horrible experience. My drink order went from 3 drinks at $24 to 4 drinks at $48. When I questioned the bartender they could not provide me with the reason why my drinks went from $8 to &12 a drink. I asked them to show me the tab receipt and they told me they could not find it. The owner who came up to us earlier in the night to say hello because we are returning customers came to me and Yelled at me (yelled) saying that I was lying and that I did not see the receipt that I saw. Very unprofessional and very disappointing because I love to see Hatboro businesses succeed.

Went in to check Ross & Co after reading about it recently. We were missing out! Great food, duck wings that can't be found anywhere else in the area and a flat bread the size of a regular pizza! Pretty good beer specials and drink specials during happy hour and a solid but not spectacular beer list. The service was friendly and efficient but Bob, the owner, really pushed the experience over the edge. He came out to ask us about our opinion regarding the appetizer (deviled eggs) which were delicious. He came out later to check on the meal and took the time to talk to us and showed real pride in the establishment. He even gave us a small "tour"of the banquet facilities in the back on our way out. Our experience was great and we will certainly be stopping in again!

Short ribs were fabulous. Seasonal burrata was the freshest I've ever had. The owner said it was made in house. The owner greets his guests and it appears to be a very well managed restaurant.
After seeing an article on our local Patch page, we decided to try this place out for dinner. We were not disappointed! To be honest, I am surprised the owner is having a hard time... the food was delicious, the waitress very nice and hard working, and the atmosphere is good (although not a huge change from before). We got 3 apps.... pretzels, Buffalo chicken chips, and duck wings. Depending on who you asked, they were all someone's favorite. We all got something different for dinner... a kid's pizza, a bunch of different sliders, blackened chicken sandwich, shrimp tacos, and potstickers. Everyone was very satisfied with their choice. We will definitely be back!!
My family and I hosted my cousin’s bridal shower here today and we had an amazing experience! Bob was so accommodating with helping us organize the room to fit our decorations & was constantly making sure we were all set to go and taken care of. Our amazing waiter Brian was so attentive and friendly! After the shower we even grabbed some drinks at the bar to continue enjoying the atmosphere. Thank you Ross & Co staff for a great day!

Service, atmosphere and food is good. Great Happy Hour menu & pricing. Service is fast, waiter & waitres service is one of the best. Check out their menu, varied. Something for everyone. Plenty of large screen t.v.'s and their libations choices are above average. Plenty of FREE parking across the street behind the buildings.
