I've ordered here a bunch over the years but they seem to be going downhill. I normally get the rainbow roll, but accidentally ordered the rainbow sashimi instead; no big deal. It was my mistake. I ordered online and gave them an extra 5-10 minutes before I left. They were clearly busy and my food wasn't ready. OK, again, they're busy, whatever. 10 more minutes and I get my food. Looks a little thrown together but fine. Ate most of it until I got to the last piece... there's paper wrapped through the entire. Not just a piece, but a whole strip. Things happen but that's just too much. All that being said, I'm writing this about an hour after eating and being hunched over a toilet. I don't wanna say it... but I think I got food poisoning. I won't be going here any more.

When it customer service their are beyond horrible. You could be waiting there for a while and no one will pay attention esp if you are a Dasher.

i loveeee this place they have the best sushi in bucks county coming from a picky eater!!!!! no other places compare and their spider roll sushi is TOOOO GOOD, small seating inside so def not a place for dinning in but supperrr good for takeout or a dinner date outside, def try this place and this is the place to experiment and try new things!

We’ve been ordering sushi from this place for a long time and it was always great, but this time something was clearly off. We placed our order around 12 PM — it was our first time ordering that early — and the food tasted spoiled (likely the fish). Both my girlfriend and I felt sick afterward, almost like we got food poisoning. It’s really disappointing because we always enjoyed this place, but this experience completely ruined our impression.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, and while I have always appreciated this restaurant, I have noticed a decline in quality recently. The chopsticks provided are more difficult to use than they previously were, the portion of wasabi has become noticeably smaller, and the seafood does not seem as fresh as it used to be.
Most recently, I placed a delivery order through the restaurant’s website, rather than DoorDash - because the soup I prefer is only available there. After approximately 30 minutes, my order was cancelled with the explanation that the restaurant was too busy to prepare it. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it would be more considerate and professional to notify customers immediately rather than waiting.
Unfortunately, this experience, combined with the gradual decline in quality, has led me to reconsider continuing as a weekly customer. I hope the restaurant can address these concerns, as I have always valued what they offer.

The merchants are very rude. Sometimes the young girls who sell are ruder than the adults. If you learn to respect the customer, the customer will be happy and come back again.

We ordered the special & classic roll tray from SushiX’s choices of party platters for takeout and it was amazing! You get to pick four special rolls and five classic rolls, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. We also added sashimi, which was just as impressive, super fresh, nicely cut, and put together so well. The entire presentation of the order was amazing, from the way the rolls were arranged to all the little details. They included a generous amount of soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, spicy mayo, and other sides, which really added to the experience. They even threw in a salad on the house, which was such a pleasant surprise!!!Everything was packed with care and you could tell they really value quality, I’ll definitely be going back soon :)) Great sushi for a great price!
