It’s sad I have to say this because for a long time it’s only place we would go.

So.. Have to say this WAS the best dd till they decided to transfer old manager and put new manager !!!

Past manager ran it 100% clean, always product, 99% correct orders, clean , I actually left Starbucks for it !
But now tables floor dirty on and off product not right unless certain staff is on ( we found weekends really not good) geeze no napkins???
Gonna cross my fingers old manager returns but for know we choose bounce Starbucks and dd

I placed an online order for the Halloween themed munchkins for my students. When I received my order, there was not one Halloween themed munchkin, so I kindly asked her was there not any because they Were available or online and already paid for. She Aggressively handed the bag to me without Any explanation at all.. I literally would’ve had no idea there wasn’t any unless I looked in a bag. She proceeded with an immediate aggressive demeanor To tell me “NO!” , there wasn’t any anymore. Mind you this was 8 something in the morning on Halloween day And they literally had nothing Halloween Themed. I asked, would it be possible to have a refund please because these Munchkins were for a Halloween party for my students. She proceeded to lean forward out the window in literally scream at me and tell me NO and starts getting very mean and rude. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because I come there almost every morning for yearssss. I’m always super kind to everyone the way I was treated this morning was completely uncalled for and beyond unprofessional. She completely ruined my morning and my students Halloween party. The situation could’ve been handled completely different, she chose to resort to immediately being very disrespectful and screaming at me. God forbid a customer ask a question about the item I already paid for.

Just got a hafe dozen French crullers. They were the worst I have ever tasted! Dry and hard as a rock!! They tasted a week old. Threw the whole hafe dozen away after the first bite! They were HORRIBLE!!!

Only ordered an ice coffee and some munchkins for the children but the munchkins seemed fresher than any other Dunkin I've been to and I went 2 separate times and each time was just as good.

Our experience and multiple other strangers’ reviews has left me wondering why corporate is being negligent with their Hatfield business location. I asked for a beverage made with almond milk. It had regular milk and my partner got sick. This is extremely concerning for people like him because his reaction was immediate. His mouth and throat burned. His reaction to drinking milk causes pain in his stomach, chest, mouth and throat. This is similar for others with the sensitivity or the allergy. He was coughing and had mucus even after medicine. We took action to prevent it from being further severe but please have caution in the future to use the correct substitute. The employee should have taken special precautions or raised flags for them to confirm. Plenty of other Dunkins have repeated the orders back or asked me if they were unsure about substitutes. After I thought it important to share our experience. Now that I see the reviews that echo ours its a safety issue. I am extremely disappointed if this store is not addressing their pattern of consistently giving out incorrect orders, they could harm more people. Similar to other recent lost customers, we will not be returning to this location. Speed of service is fine. The location is fine. But this experience has left us worried and concerned. One thing for it to be an accident, but another for multiple customers to raise the issue.

This was the last visit to the Hatfield location. I went thru the drive thru, no one in front of me. Sat at microphone for 3 minutes, no contact. Finally called out hello. Woman took my order. Arrived at window, woman busy talking to fellow employees. Does not acknowledge or look at me. Sticks her hand out window for payment. Takes my card, returns and again sticks card out window never acknowledging me. Hands drink to me and closes window. I felt like I was invisible.

I kept trying to make it work going to this location, but sadly I am done with Dunkin. I would rather go without coffee, than have to suffer the horrible service at this location - and it has turned me off the chain entirely. For the third time in 4 visits, they got my order wrong. Unfortunately it was food related and not drink, so I didn't notice the problem until I got to work, where I had to turn around and return to Dunkin, for the third time in 4 visits. I don't want your 20 apologies, I want to not sit in line for 12 minutes only to get my order wrong, AGAIN. Not only that, but I order the same coffee day in and day out and it is NEVER the same. Too much ice, too little ice, no cream, not enough cream, using hot coffee because they ran out or didn't prep the iced coffee, so its weaker. Getting food orders wrong consistently. If the ticket on the bag shows what I ordered, why isn't it in the bag? Why is something else in the bag, something I didn't order?

Your customers coming through your drive thru are the bread and butter of your business - why treat them so poorly?

Ordered a sabrinas shaken espresso, got the order wrong twice. Should have 2 pumps of sugar, went back and asked for it to be remade since it tasted too sweet (had 4 pumps) then had it remade again, same issue. Gave up. Going to work.
