I was made fun of here for not knowing they didn't have coconut milk anymore. The man at the drive thru needs to communicate better and not get angry because people don't understand what he's saying. I'll never go back. (Yeah I know losing my business won't make a difference but I didn't support businesses that embarrass me)

The WORST Dunkin in the area. These people CANNOT take an order and process one at the same time. This morning, I had to drive away before I got to the speaker because I was sitting there for almost 15 minutes. I even made sure to leave with enough time before work to stop. :(

I usually get a cold brew and sometimes a bagel. On this trip I bought a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a medium cold brew. Both were very good, I ordered ahead on the app using points. Service at this Dunkin is slow and they are typically not friendly.
