I’ve ordered frequently here with zero issues until this afternoon. First of all, I walk in and am given multiple dirty looks from all 3 workers and don’t get greeted at all. Second of all, I was treated like an inconvenience for interrupting the 3 grown men’s gossip session. Food was packaged very poorly and I won’t be coming back again.

Delicious plain pizza. Perfect medium crust, light and sweet sauce, great cheese. No complaints. Didn’t feel like I was dying after 4 slices, didn’t feel bad the next morning. Our new go-to if we get pizza, coming all the way from Skippack to get it.

While the employees are friendly and eager to please, I noticed a concerning need for improved driving safety among the delivery drivers. On multiple occasions, I observed them struggling to stay in their lanes on the road, which not only raised safety issues for others on the road but also risked the quality of someone else's meal. Ensuring that drivers practice safe driving habits is crucial, as it reflects the professionalism of Hatfield Pizza and guarantees that customers receive their orders in a timely and safe manner. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart, as a commitment to safety will enhance the overall dining experience.
I am obsessed with their Tammy wraps, sandwiches and salad it is my favorite but today I got the grilled veggie wrap and it was amazing absolutely delicious!!!!!

Their food is delicious, when they are able to get the order correct. Dont get me wrong i love their food but every single time I ordered from them they get the ordered wrong or forget something. I have brought this up to their attention and have even asked to make sure the order is correct prior delivery and ALWAYS mess it up. I hope the owner or manager cared more.

Order frequently, generally w/o a problem. Last two times food has gone down hill. Now, third time and the Italian stromboli was 90% cheese w/only a trace of the meats. It was nothing but a cheese blob. Called back to complain, did not want another one. Replaced w/ small Caesar salad and broccoli bites. The entire salad was warm and lettuce was wilted. Broccoli bites were average. Manager on duty tried to put blame on new pizza person and busy night. Lost a customer.

I had a great experience the man at the counter was very kind I was short a couple cents and this man was nice Enough to let me have the pizza for free and even throw in an extra slice That made my day and I had to go on here and post a review about it because that’s excellent service honestly going above and beyond and doing stuff for other people out the kindness of your heart good people do exist still

This was my 1st time eating here. On 1st entering the establishment, we stood around slightly confused, waiting to be seated (they weren't busy). The waitress came to take our order, but we hadn't even gotten menus. The menu does not give much description of what's in stuff (not good for people with allergies or sensitivities). I ordered an Italian hoagie that had more lettuce than meat. The best thing about it was the roll. we also got cheese fries and had to ask for forks. I don't think I would return to this establishment
