We spend over 250$ every week there my family and they SUCK AT THEIR ORDERS. Always mess up our order and then they have nasty attitudes on the phone when you call for a correction on their mishap. Foods mid not the best pizzeria in the Hatfield area. Def won’t be coming back unless I speak to the owner to order my food from now on cause their chicks who answer the phone don’t know how to do their job properly

It's so refreshing to see great customer service still exists. I had a craving for Texas Fries and of course these are the best in town but I also had a sleeping baby in the car and if you know you know. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my craving even bringing my food and my change to the car so I didn't have to wake the baby. That small gesture spoke volumes to me and meant the world to her nap. See y'all next time and thanks for continuing to be the best.

I’ve ordered frequently here with zero issues until this afternoon. First of all, I walk in and am given multiple dirty looks from all 3 workers and don’t get greeted at all. Second of all, I was treated like an inconvenience for interrupting the 3 grown men’s gossip session. Food was packaged very poorly and I won’t be coming back again.

Delicious plain pizza. Perfect medium crust, light and sweet sauce, great cheese. No complaints. Didn’t feel like I was dying after 4 slices, didn’t feel bad the next morning. Our new go-to if we get pizza, coming all the way from Skippack to get it.

While the employees are friendly and eager to please, I noticed a concerning need for improved driving safety among the delivery drivers. On multiple occasions, I observed them struggling to stay in their lanes on the road, which not only raised safety issues for others on the road but also risked the quality of someone else's meal. Ensuring that drivers practice safe driving habits is crucial, as it reflects the professionalism of Hatfield Pizza and guarantees that customers receive their orders in a timely and safe manner. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart, as a commitment to safety will enhance the overall dining experience.
